IF The Bible Is PERFECT, Meaning God Is Trustworthy, Then
"faith IS believing What HE Said,"
Correct? for TRUE "believers":

1Jn 5:13 "These things have I Written unto you that believe on
The Name of the SON of God; that ye may know that ye have
Eternal Life
, and that ye may believe on The Name of the Son of God."
I guess there are lots of Bible readers on this forum. Does every who reads what is written therein immediately understand all that he may understand? Does anyone grow after that? Some of them certainly, I believe, do. [Do some want to stand still leaving all of the work to Him?]

They grow and they grow as they eat his flesh and drink his blood, but unfortunately in other places some have grown weary. Our flesh grows weary even in our youth when we work without proper rest. As the flesh ages, like mine [age 78], it seems to get weary with very little effort at all. But in the Spirit, must it be so?

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Gal 6:9

Our work is, I believe, to be done until we have endured, each of us, to the very end of our course:

"Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent." John 6:29

"I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world." John 9:4-5

"And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world..." John 17:11

"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matt 5:14-16

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." John 14:12

With Plenty Of Confirming Evidence From HIS PERFECT Word, Correct?:

God's OPERATION On All HIS New-born babes In CHRIST!
God's ETERNAL Assurance!

The promises are there, written on pages, but they need to also be written on our hearts and brought to Life within us by the Holy Spirit. Then are we not empowered to do the work which He sets before each of us?

"Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life." II Cor 3:5-6

Without the Spirit quickened Word of God within us, what we have read from the scriptures, would remain empty words with no power as they were when Satan confronted Jesus and challenged the man with those words from Psalm 91? Jesus also quoted scripture [Deut 8:3] but His Words were Alive [see Matt 4:1-10]. How much Light and Life is in our words when we quote what is written in the scriptures?

Where is our promise, if not in our hearts? Wherefrom comes the quickening if not from the Holy Spirit within us?

Of course IF "The Word of God Is NOT PERFECT," Then "God is
UNtrustworthy," in which case, "NO ONE can Really know!" Correct?

We will EACH decide, and "Give An Account TO HIM, Who is JUDGE,"
Individually, Correct?

God's Simple Will!
His simple will? What is it?

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Rom 12:1-2

Again, What is it?

mavnna Manna (man'-nah);
Word Origin: Hebrew, Noun Neuter, Strong #: 3131

manna = "what is it"
  1. the food that nourished the Israelites for forty years in the wilderness
  2. of the manna was kept in the ark of the covenant
  3. symbolically, that which is kept in the heavenly temple for the food of angels and the blessed

Saul didnt have the Holy Spirit in Him.
He was not born again...
Was he not led by the Holy Spirit once he was anointed by the prophet Samuel?

Are you sure that all of those who claim to be born again today are? The Holy Spirit provides what is needed to be reborn, but how many actually make it to where they cannot sin?

Consider first Saul and his anointing:

"Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?" I Sam 10:1

"And the spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.
And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee." I Sam 10:6-7

"And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.
And it came to pass, when all that knew him beforetime saw that, behold, he prophesied among the prophets, then the people said one to another, What is this that is come unto the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?" I Sam 10:9-11

"And the spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly." I Sam 11:6

But then Saul failed to follow the lead of the Spirit as he disobeyed God several times and finally God rejected him as King of God's people.

So then consider David:

"Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.
But the spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him." I Sam 16:13-14

Both Saul and David did do good things by the Spirit of God. What more may a person led by the Holy Spirit of God do today? Is the power of God the same, or more, or less, than it was, in the OT?

Saul disobeyed by sacrificing when it not permitted and also, he disobeyed in the matter of the Amalekites... not killing every man and beast. He did not kill when he should have.

David, on the other hand, did kill when he should not have in order to take for himself another man's wife. He was guilty of adultery and murder.

What was the difference between Saul and David?

As both Saul and David did evil things after being anointed and receiving a new heart, may not a person today, who has been led by the Holy Spirit, quench the Holy Spirit as he takes hold of his own reins and leads himself?

Until the Holy Spirit has been allowed to overcome all of the temptations in us, may we not still disobey God and sin by quenching the Spirit? Is this not why Paul writes this warning?

"Quench not the Spirit." I Thess 5:19

Is that not because without the Holy Spirit leading there is no power able to resist the attractions to sin?

"O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps." Jerem 10:23

great cover for the real Word imo
for example?

kinda surprised to hear you say that...in the original languages also? You think?
We all know the Hebrews had the catch cry of one God. They believe there is no other god who has any say in God's activity. He is sovereign and every thing that happens is attributed to him....both good and evil. They believe God has a dark side as revealed in these few texts....and there are many more:-

Isaiah 45:5-7 '
I am the Lord, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I equip you, though you do not know me, that people may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me; I am the Lord, and there is no other. I form light and create darkness, I make well-being and create calamity, I am the Lord, who does all these things.

Isaiah 13:15-18
Whoever is found will be thrust through, and whoever is caught will fall by the sword. Their infants will be dashed in pieces before their eyes; their houses will be plundered and their wives ravished. Behold, I am stirring up the Medes against them, who have no regard for silver and do not delight in gold. Their bows will slaughter the young men; they will have no mercy on the fruit of the womb; their eyes will not pity children.

Job thought it was God giving him grief as did his friends but we know things Job didn't. We know it was Satan who had concealed himself who was creating havoc allowing God to be blamed.

Jesus made it clear that he was the resurrection and the life as well as clarifying it was the devil who has come to steal and kill and destroy while telling us that he had come to destroy the works of the devil. John 11:25, John 10:10,

Hebrews 2:14
Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—

We could go on but primarily Jesus clarified the misunderstanding the Hebrews had of God making it clear that it is the devil who is responsible for death and disaster.

"Complete Case" For JESUS Is Almighty God!

Please be Very Richly Enlightened, Encouraged, Exhorted, And Edified In
The LORD JESUS CHRIST, And HIS PERFECT Word Of Truth!
Amen?
Amen.

But there are verses that tell us God is holy and a spirit. The holy spirit. And Jesus was God because his name Emanuel meant to convey that. That's not three in one. That's one. Because everything is of God so there can't be anything separate or not God. Not even Jesus,Emanuel.

I think the trinity idea is a misunderstanding.

yes depends on what you understand
that's why there are a lot of different version of the bible and there are a lot of different religion

Philippians 2:5-11
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God,[christ the begotten son was in the form of God the father] thought it not robbery to be equal with God:[christ the son while in the form of God the father thought it not to rob the identity of God the father] But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

as you can see still depends on your understandings... let's not force each other who are right or wrong tje fact that there is 1 christianity but tons of religion makes us divided not united
I think we've always been divided. That's why there was eventually a Protestant revolt. Protest-ant.

Father, Son and Holy Spirit are deeply present in Scripture: end of Matthew 28, John's Gospel, esp. chs. 10 thru 17; Romans 8; John's First Epistle, etc.

That raises another question, does Satan require permission to wreak havoc on the Earth?....or, to put it another way, is he in cahoots with God?
ah...tbh imo your first prop will um go down in flames lol, so, dunno there
but im ok with a Father Who "creates" calamity, at least categorically,
meaning that i doubt it's personal or even a conscious Sky Daddy thing, so much as self-inflicted and even strictly perceived, at least sometimes
