Deceivers don't know they are deceivers, but they are still deceivers.

Just defending them.

How can you defend something from nothing?

Also, this rabbit trail that you are leading us down is irrelevant in regards to my original statement. Even if all religions that do not believe Jesus is God are antichristian and deceivers - they are still simply incomplete, which means that they contain truth.

They are more than "incomplete". They are ANTI Christ.

I find it very interesting how you defend anti-Christ religions and attack the Bible. Quite revealing.

Defending anti-Christ religions.

Defending them from what?

"Deceivers have the intent to deceive others. This verse is addressing deceiver specifically. Other religions are sincere about their beliefs, therefore they are not deceivers.

True. The verse you provided does not apply to nonChristian religions.
They deny Jesus/God.

Who are "they"?

By typing on your keyboard.

So does that mean that we are both attacking the Bible because we are typing on a keyboard?

You still haven't addressed my original statement.

It means that you are attacking the Bible as usual and defending anti-Christ religions. At least that is consistent.

I see you are still choosing to attack the Bible and follow the strongest god simply to avoid Hell - at least I know where you stand.

The God of the Bible is the ONLY true God. That makes Him "the strongest". Yes, that's where I stand.

You've made yourself loud and clear, Ducky. I now know you are simply following your god out of fear of Hell.

No Aspen, that's just the beginning of following Him. You need to wise up.

Psalm 111:10 (ESV)
[sup]10 [/sup]The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding.

sorry, you've lost all credibility. And misinterpreting that verse from Psalms over and over again is not going to help you regain any of it.

That verse is echoed throughout the Bible. That's why you don't believe it.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 (ESV)
[sup]13 [/sup]The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

You are playing the deceiver now. No one here believes your misinterpretation of that verse, Ducky. You need to pray for wisdom from the God of the Bible to help you understand it. Many people here have already tried to help you and you have rejected all counsel.

[sup]17 [/sup]Fear God.

Where abous int he UK do you live. Obviosuly not Bradford to be so out of touch with what Muslims are really like. Sicne the 60s Bradford council just like many other local authorities has just bent over backwards for Muslims time and time again to give them what they want at the expence of everyone else.

I just want you all to know that this isn't a racial thing. I'm not on the side of the EDL or BNP, I think they are fascist Aholes. I don't care one fig for the colour of someone's skin, so this isn't a racial issue and I'm not having ago at the hindus, sikhs and Jews because they don't represent terrorism. Who ever heard of a Jewish suicide bomber?

I think also that you can't know much about Muslims to think they are peaceful because Mohammed was a millitary commander who led the first Muslims of Mecca and Medina in battle against other Arab tribes. Also, after Mohammed's death the Muslim empire spread very very rapidly from Arabia into Messipotamia, Persia, North Africa and the Byzantine Empire, even into Spaina dn southern Italy which it did through war and bloodshed, converting people at the point of a sword/

So pelase don't be one of these ignorant lefties who says that Islam didn't get millitant until we came and beat the snot out of them in the first crusade. All that happened was they re-thought their idea of Jihad to encompass holy war. You see Muslims say one thing and do the other. In English they talk about peace but in Urdu and Arabic they plot war.

ROFLOL @ Muslim extremists in England.

So, they want to just take over a couple cities and declare themselves separate from England? Are they going to try to use Americans as an example of how to do it?

There's large groups that try every year to make the state of Texas receed from the Uninon and declare themselves a soverign nation. As a matter of fact it's almost every Southerner's dream to bring back the confederacy.

However, regardless of what peoples views are, there are litterally millions upon millions that will simply refuse to allow any sort of this Muslim extreme idealism. I'm not the least bit worried about it. Although Islam is one of the biggest religions in the world, I don't see that it's anything more than a trend right now.

Christianity was a trend at one point. Rest assured, most who claimed it really didn't believe it. Anyone remember the 1950's? Let's see, what were the trends of other decades? Free love in the 60's took the world by storm, specifically the US. Where are they now?

I think the real issue is how do we respond to groups of people who are hostile to us and our culture in a Christian manner? We have to look to Christ. Was Christ more interested in persuading people to His point of view or simply presenting it and loving, despite the rejection and hostile response He received? When we do look to His example, we realize that Christ took the hard road - radical love. Somehow, we have to love people who threaten us. One of the ways to make it easier to love them is to wade through and reject all the rhetoric that is out there about Muslims in order to get us angry, rather than make a realistic assessment of who Muslims really are. It is easy to point out all the reasons to hate them and why we should disagree with them and alienate them - but we already know they are different and have the potential to be hostile! Why not research the similarities in order to learn how to get alone - the fact is, you guys are either going to fight in the streets or learn how to get along because neither group is leaving. The face of Europe has changed forever - Muslims will continue to move into England and you culture will change - you may as well learn to accept it and create goodwill so that you all can stake a claim in the new culture.

-- How exactly do you know what everyone here believes or doesn't believe, Aspen.
Please show how he is misrepresenting that verse.
He is correct in that fear of the Lord is a theme that runs throughout the Word.

My favorite is:
"Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name." - Psalm 86:11

He asks for holy fear in order to keep God in perspective and give Him the respect he deserves.

There are scores of others that say the same thing.
