The first Promise was Given in the Garden to Adam and Eve .....The Law was Given to Moses centuries later where they coexisted....this is too easy,...I suspect a Loaded Question here—- what is it
No, the promise was in Gen after the garden to bruise the devils head...

The promise is AKA Grace.

Promise/Grace and Law co-exist.

Sinners are under all of God's Laws right now.

Only saints are free from the Law.

If a saint backslides, he backslides back into the Law.

Did you know this?

Been a while since I’ve heard such confusing Gobbledegook.....can't you write in a normal manner And express yourself like normal human beings talk...and explain yourself with actual thoughts so you can convey properly what you are trying to say? Even if it “ IS” Tripe?
I see you don't understand dispensationalism at all.

Why do you quote a verse that clearly shows that your position of “ can’t be saved unless you are Water baptized” is an Erroneous one ?
I see you refuse to answer if Rom 10:9 is written to saints OR sinners.

Busted.

You know the truth...it was an affirmation of the saints' faith, not a redo of the salvation process.

You are guilty for hiding what you know.

I showed Chapter and Verse that actually came from the Bible in regard to “ the end of the Law”....Your flat- out lie with your misquoting Of Scripture ( ADDing Baptism to what Paul said) did not come+from the Bible—— indeed , I think you pulled it out of your A.....Er, ah....hat.Satan is also quite fond of misquoting Scripture...just sayin.....’
No, you skipped Acts and went straight into the epistles to the already saved saints and stole their affirmation of faith, giving it to sinners as a plan "B" for the salvation process.

Acts skippers are taught to do this from birth.

The horse is not dead as Acts skippers are making it out to be.

Acts 2:38 will always be the only way for sinners to get free from the Law as their sins are remitted in the church age.

The Law defines sin.

Disobedience of Acts 2:38 emulates the Law in a sinners life.

Anyone that does not obey Acts 2:38 is under the Law and their sins are not yet remitted as evidence of it.

Mankind, nor the devils can believe the remission of sins into existence.

It can only happen via baptism in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins.

Your perverted water gospel horse is dead. Faith in Jesus Christ "implied in genuine repentance" (rather than water baptism) brings the remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Luke 24:47; Acts 2:38; 3:19; 5:31; 10:43-47; 11:17,18; 15:8,9; 16:31; 26:18) *Perfect Harmony*

You need to place your faith in the Savior God, not the water god.

What the heck do you think that I was talking about? Who cares if the Promise was Given “ in” the Garden or “ out” of the Garden? That’s hardly the issue.

You skipped this completely, like a very naughty Acts skipper...

5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

Lost cable and internet last night around 8pm, just got it back. Had a rough storm, tore up some stuff around here.

John's baptism was not in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy spirit, it couldn't be, Christ had not yet died for mans sin and risen from the grave.

John's baptism was calling for repentance, looking for the coming Messiah. John told the people the Messiah was in the mist of us, repent and look to Him.

This is how all the Old Testament saints were saved, faith in the coming Messiah. They found salvation by faith in looking forward to His coming, we in the New Testament look back by faith in the crucified Messiah. Salvation is and always has been faith in Christ.

Since John's baptism could not be the New testament baptism, Paul had them baptized in the name of the Lord.

Being baptized in the water represented the believers union with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. He has taken part in that death, burial, and resurrection with Christ by faith, and now a new man in Christ, born-again.

Busted? Lol.....in your dreams....

Romans 10:9 is written to tell people how to get Saved....YOU figure it out.....it’s kinda obvious to anybody with a brain...
Nowhere is their even a “ hint” of your Silly Assertion...

If this even “ was” an “ affirmation” that these people were already saved and had done everything right for Salvation, how come there is no mention of your precious Baptism?

Once again, it is YOU that got Busted....

Great post, as usual.....I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty much done with this Stiff- Necked, extremely confused Clown.....it gets to the point that it is “casting Pearls before Swine” .....he has unknowingly provided a great service by being an excellent “ Springboard” to get valuable, Biblically Sound Doctrine out there for the Newbies in the crowd....for that, I thank him , but I think I’m pretty much done with him....I think I’ll do the wise thing and “ shake the dust off of my feet” and move on....

I read one of your previous posts where you spoke of your posts being addressed to the guests.

We are of one mind concerning the direction of our posts. I'm not directly speaking to, user or Truther, I'm speaking to those who may search the scriptures to see if I speak the truth! Those who are listening and want the truth!

“ Already Saved? “ yeah, right....l

Paul devotes most of his writing that Proceeds Romans 10 to showing All people how they are Lost, Wretched Sinners,Without Excuse , trying to wake them up to the Fact that they are Sinners that need a Savior....Having used these previous Chapters to show unsaved people the “ PROBLEM” , he proceeds in Chapter 10 to give them the “ SOLUTION” —- “ confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and BELIEVE in your Heart that God raised Him from the Dead” or if that’s too complicated, just ASK God to Save you and He will—- “ Anybody that asks to be Saved WILL be Saved”..... Paul is clearly telling those that first needed to be shown that they were “Lost” Sinners The way to become “Forgiven” Sinners.....he ain’t patting anybody on the back “ for a job well- done” .....
And as usual, there is no mention of your precious , answer-to- everything “ Water Baptism” in this great Chapter regarding how to get Saved....

Confessing Jesus as Lord occurs initially when we repent from sin, are baptized in His name, and receive His Spirit. At baptism we call on the name of the Lord for the washing away of sins (Acts 22:16).

Also, you said: "no mention of your precious Baptism"

In that same Romans epistle, chapter six "mentions precious baptism"...

Rom 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
[4] Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
[5] For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
[6] Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

What you're not grasping, user, is that the "baptism into His death" is the spiritual baptism that takes place in the heart.

The water baptism is the visual, the seen by man, reenactment of what took place in the heart. This is your confession of Christ to man for them see that you now belong to Christ

It is our union with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ by faith.

We have done what we are supposed to do.....we have laid out the True Gospel .....now it is up to the Holy Spirit to ‘ open the hearts” for people to receive it—-“ Nobody comes to God lest the Spirit draw them” .....One has to be “ Good Soil” to have this happen and one of my earliest prayers of nearly/50 years ago was for God to show me Mercy and make me “ good Soil”...... He did.....and its so simple .....” Anybody that asks for Mercy shall receive it” ...Is there Anybody out there that has doubts about being “ good Soil ?”........Simply do like I did and ask for the Mercy to become Good Soil If you are not or if you “think” that you are not...
It worked for me, because God has Promised to GIVE Mercy to Anybody that asks for it... ANYBODY.

It is referring to your ESSENTIAL “ baptism” into the “ Body Of Christ” , without which, you are Lost....How does one get into that Body? Have you seen that your are a Lost Sinner That MUST HAVE a Savior? Have you Called on that Savior, recognizing that it is Jesus Christ , and asked Him to Save you? If that is the case, you have undergone the only “ Baptism” That counts for Salvation....You have been “ Baptized” into the Body Of Christ....

Jesus told Nicodemus...

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
[5] Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

The gospel of Mark says...

Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved.
