I absolutely do understand that Jesus is not the Father.
God the Father.
God the Son.
God the Holy Spirit

Then why did you post John 14:7 and John 14:9? You used it in connection to Jesus was God. Jesus said the Father and I are one, He didn't mean the same person. Jesus always said the Father is greater than I. He prayed to Himself in prayer? He said he has not yet ascended to his God when speaking to Mary and Mary's God. There can only be one God, see Deut 6:4. If Jesus was God where was God? If he was in heaven when Jesus walked the earth, wouldn't that make two Gods?

"God the Son" and "God the Holy Spirit" are not anywhere in the Bible. You added that. All the writers of the Bible never used those terms, why would you? The 1st of the 10 commandments is very clear on the importance of God and false idols.

You are absolutely right that Faith is a gift. That is a very controversial, and threatening, fact for the status quo.

Churches, and all modern Christendom, need people to believe that it is simply something we choose on our own, whenever it suits us, but the Bible is very clear that is not the case.

God bless.
I’m glad faith is given to us , because mine would never hold up if it depended totally on me . a few verses to consider, for by grace are you saved ( not that of yourselves ) 1st John , even our faith over comes the world , (that includes the devil , so it can’t be our natural faith we are not stronger than the devil only God is ) . Jesus said flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of God . ( nothing of man ) . Just a few thoughts , it goes much deeper and is very serious. But I do not want to write a book . Thanks for mentioning it ,it got me thinking

My thoughts on the trinity are simple , it does not exist in scriptures. Unless you do gymnastics with the scriptures and stretch and twist. I was taught the trinity and other things in churches long long ago when starting out I had plenty of doubts . BUT I decided to go with just the BIBLE and I had to find the best English version ,KJV and I learned from the Apostles doctrine, I follow no church or religion apart from the Bible . It’s been that way for decades and the Lord has been faithful and true to his word . All my questions are answered in prayer and scriptures. The hard part is finding people that can understand or have ears to hear . Many do not , but have bought the church doctrines that contradicts the Bible . I don’t think the tares can change at some point . Jesus said all plants that my father has not planted shall be rooted up . And to avoid them . Why because they are like spiritual poison. The ones I care about most are the ones that still have ears to hear . They can receive grace to save their souls . After all the Lord is in full control and knows from the beginning who are his . Sorry it’s getting a bit long . God bless those with ears . Beware …

For those that argue that Jesus isn’t God because he was seen and because the bible says nobody can see God.

God is Spirit so no, nobody can see his face in his spirit form but bearing in mind that nothing is impossible to God, in the OT He showed himself in a number of forms. He manifested Himself as a pillar of fire, a pillar of cloud and a number of times in human form, such as when he ate with Abraham.

So if nothing is impossible for God, how is it that some people who claim to be Christians can’t accept that this all powerful God who can do absolutely anything can’t manifest himself as a human baby who grew into the man Jesus. Immanuel.

I know it doesn’t seem possible or logical but since when can we judge the supernatural with our natural intellects. We must accept this mystery by faith.

God is a God of order not "mysteries"... See 1 Cor 14:33 "For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." John 3:16 says he sent "His Son". It didn't say he came himself. We understand the Father/Son arrangement, that's why He used it for us. The Bible is for us to learn about Him. He wouldn't make us follow a MAJOR teaching if it was accepted only by faith, because where do you draw the line? Anybody could teach anything if it wasn't in the Bible. Jesus never taught it, he taught us plenty of things, never once did he say he was God. And the "I am" fallacy is just that, bunk. I know Im a broken record, but He was real clear when he said, "No man has seen God, only Jesus has seen Him".
