Welcome to the forums “Love”…..you can learn a lot here, but you can also become easily confused as to what to believe with so many denominations, all claiming to teach the truth, but unfortunately finding little agreement.
My advice is to read lots before listening to anyone. When you read what people write, you get a feel for the kind of Christian they are…..Find topics that interest you and read what is said…if you like what you hear read more from that poster.
Here, we have those who are weak with little knowledge, but argumentative anyway on the little that they do know…..and there are also knowledgeable ones, but not in a Christ-like way…..we are supposed to follow Jesus as our example, he said strong words at times to those who were not teaching the truth from God’s word, but was tenderly companionate and patient with those who really wanted to learn…especially those who had to start from scratch so to speak. Pray for understanding and guidance….God is listening.

Two things: one, your nationality is important. Two, there should be a third relationship in your walk: your relationship with the Holy Spirit.
