We've had so many of these school shootings. I forgot which one but parents were charged and tried because they bought their troubled son a gun. Did they ever get convicted?

Yes, but that was different. After the police talked to the parents of the boy, who made online threats to the school, the dad buys him a gun, that he used.

I would say the phenomena of teen murderers in America is highly influenced by producers of violent videos and apps, under the auspices “of games”.

A parent “used” be at ease, for their children to watch (unaccompanied)…such as:
Cartoons
Child geared programs
Disney movies

Today with every kid having a phone, iPad, computer and allowed leniency …their accessibility to abnormal and unacceptable behavior is sadly unleashing an entire class of immature degenerates into all facets of society.

In the 1980's before Columbine shooting, I heard Marilyn Manson say he wanted to set a bomb off and kill himself and as many as possible, then at his funeral, he wanted a bomb in his casket to kill everyone at his funeral. After this, it seems to be the mindset on some children now. Mass shooting, kill as many as possible. There was an adult recently that shot up a bowling alley. He was found dead too. It seems a death wish goes with the shootings. Satan is loose, as it gets closer to the end.

Only during the last 40yrs has mass shootings by adolescents been prevalent in the USA. There is so much hatred in these kids hearts they want to kill others and themselves.

Hello @Rockerduck,

No doubt. I’ve watched many murder integrations vastly from teens to even older elderly adults. It’s nothing that is not uncommon to happen within the lives of those who aren’t able to get their anger and hatred out in prayers to God himself. I’ve even talked with an older adult around 50 who laughs at the belief that saying “God is with him.” Is just untrue. There are many people out there who rather stick to darkness than embrace the light of God. Though they can even if they live in their 80s as one friend said to me; his dad started to think about God and how he lets us have freedom and loves us and is not trying to control us. There is definitely a spectrum or something to look at though Jesus made it simple as “People loved darkness more than light itself, for their deeds were evil.”

Many people have been hurt by religion as well, being burned by those means also has impact on the ways they think about God too.

Here in Italy, and really all of Europe (know some in other countries) cannot understand why these school shootings.
Our teens must be in dire trouble and apparently there's no safety net.

It's unbelievable unless we put satan into the pix....
Yeah. Video games,,,movies --- too much violence...kids are desensitized to it.
No authority figures...
No God.
No absolute morals....

We’ve had a terrible shooting in Hungerford many years ago, I wonder why there are more shootings in America?

I guess because they have access to guns, if we had the same access here, there would probably be more shootings..I thank God we aren’t allowed to openly keep guns here, mind you, that wouldn’t stop some from illegally obtaining one...I think you must have a license here to keep a gun, plus they must be under lock and key..

The vast majority of gun owners in the USA are licensed owners and responsible. You cannot legally own a handgun under 21 yrs. old. Nobody asks these questions, where did a 15 yr old get a gun. Stolen from a parent or friend most likely. On the world scale, gun smuggling is rabid all over the world.
What the MSM doesn't tell you is how many crimes are prevented by legal gun owners. Many robbers and car jackers have been killed that way.

I don’t see guns as the problem, and NO need for more positive laws…. But perhaps stiffer penalty (negative) laws regarding kids.

Undisciplined kids, the encouragement of violence FOR FUN ….“games to hunt down teachers to shoot them in a simulated school setting”…unbelievable!
