Ask God why He didn`t include that detail in Zechariah. You are not paying attention to my point. I'm not saying that Zechariah 14 should have all detail. But, it does have a lot of detail, so why no mention of Satan at all when the binding and loosing of Satan is a major part of Revelation 20?
Where are you seeing that?
The purpose of those were to foreshadow His sacrifice. What purpose would sacrifices for future reconciliation serve when Jesus has already made reconciliation for the sins of Israel and the whole world long ago with His "once for all" sacrifice?

Remember the 70 x 7 well that included `your people and your holy city.` National repentance was always what God sought for Israel. The leaders of Israel needed to submit to God. We, as the Body of Christ have the Holy Spirit within and He guides us. We are a heavenly people. Israel is an earthly nation and as such needs earthly guidance and teaching of God`s ways. They then teach the nations. (Micah 4: 1 - 3)
