Only THEN can you question anything that the Catholic Church teaches. . .

Show me in scripture where Jesus or His Apostle taught anybody to pray to mary or anybody else that has passed from this life (necromancy)

Show me in scripture where Jesus or His Apostle taught anybody to pray the rosary which is mary worship

A little friendly warning here... The rules state...

***Do not state or imply that another member or group of members who have identified themselves as Christian are not Christians.

Too much anti denominational posts are going to result in more warnings.

As for asking a fellow member of the Body of Christ to pray for me – that isn’t “necromancy”.

Necromancy means, “to seek oracles from the dead”. Asking them to pray for me is NOT seeking oracles (information) from them.

Show me in scripture where Jesus or His Apostle taught anybody to pray the rosary which is mary worship
WRONG. The Rosary is noy “worship”. It’s prayer of PETITION (asking). And the Apostles wouldn’t pray TO Mary for intercession if she was there with them. They could simply ASK her. – like YOU asking a loved one to pray for you . . .

It actually is when the person you seek has passed from this world.

This is a simple request the catholics cannot answer because Jesus and His Apostles NEVER once taught this.

I was asking for scripture references to see where they get their beliefs from in God's Word.
Look at the Catholic Catechism. Has a whole bunch of references (to scripture as well as outside of scripturee) as to where they get their beliefs from.

Again, no scripture ever said that 'scripture'...as in biblical scripture...is the only place to be enlightned.

Show me in scripture where it says that Jesus nor Mary, nor any saint to bestow him/herself upon us AFTER the bible was written and affirmed by "them".

Do you think that miracles were limited to ONLY what's in the bible?

Do you really want to limit God's power to a BOOK?

The biblical writers were not making stuff up and they were not writing their own thoughts.

2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Peter 1:21 - For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Revelation 19:10 - for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. (God's Word is what 2 Peter 1:16-21 is speaking of)

2 Peter 1:21 is referring to that which Jesus (God's Word) has to say to mankind thru the written Word which is the oracles of God which came thru the descendants of Abraham

Romans 3:2 - because that unto them were committed the oracles of God

Hebrews 1:2 - Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Jesus said the Holy Ghost would lead us in to ALL Truth (John 16:13), and Jesus said God's Word IS Truth (John 17:17)

Those that believe they don't need God's Word or believe there's no need to judge what they are getting in the Spirit to see if it agrees with God's Word are sadly deceived by the devil.

The devil's MO can be found in how he deceived Adam and Eve in to not believing God's Word.

I don't sit under false doctrine, no thanks.

That's made up junk from demons

Do you really want to limit God's power to a BOOK?

Do you really want to consider God having His Word put in to written form to be of the devil?

When the devil came to try and get Jesus to sin, Jesus quoted scripture and stood on scripture and the Holy Spirit's Power up held the Truth of scripture so feel free to continue speaking against God's Word in behalf of the devil.

Exactly! Not EVERYTHING is in "scripture"
The biblical writers were not making stuff up and they were not writing their own thoughts.
Wrong. Paul said PLENTY of times that he was speaking of his own opinion. "Not from the Lord".
2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Yup! All scripture. Define "scripture".
2 Peter 1:21 - For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
Right. And some of those who didn't believe, didn't adhere. Again, WHAT is scripture and what isn't??
Revelation 19:10 - for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. (God's Word is what 2 Peter 1:16-21 is speaking of)

2 Peter 1:21 is referring to that which Jesus (God's Word) has to say to mankind thru the written Word which is the oracles of God which came thru the descendants of Abraham

Those that believe they don't need God's Word or believe there's no need to judge what they are getting in the Spirit to see if it agrees with God's Word are sadly deceived by the devil.
It's not a question of not needning God's Word. It's recognizing that God's Word didn't END at Revelations

The devil's MO can be found in how he deceived Adam and Eve in to not believing God's Word.
Yup. Satan deceived both Adam AND Eve.

What's your point?

Ha, ha! Then you are willing to remain unenlightened.

No problem.

Not speaking against God's Word. But if you look carefully at what Jesus said, he didn't ALWAYS quote scripture!

Exactly! Not EVERYTHING is in "scripture"

Concerning doctrine... God did in fact put all the HE wants man to know and follow in the Bible.

Those that add to, or take away are cursed and will be judged accordingly.

Wrong. Paul said PLENTY of times that he was speaking of his own opinion. "Not from the Lord".
And by virtue of the fact the Lord had those statement put in to His canon shows He is in agreement and it was the Holy Spirit that ultimately influenced Paul's viewpoint

Yup! All scripture. Define "scripture".
Ask your "spirit guides" as they take you to extra biblical texts that are not from the Lord.

Right. And some of those who didn't believe, didn't adhere. Again, WHAT is scripture and what isn't??

That view opens the door to satanic teaching, congratulations!

Yup. Satan deceived both Adam AND Eve.

What's your point?
Te devil is deceiving you by getting you to question and not adhere to what God says just like he did with Adam and Eve. Congratulations!

Then you are willing to remain unenlightened.
Yes, I am unwilling to receive satan's "enlightenment" and end up in hell.

Says WHO? YOU??
You'll understand when the future gets here

Not speaking against God's Word. But if you look carefully at what Jesus said, he didn't ALWAYS quote scripture!

Any "jesus" that did not speak what the Father says, and do what the Father does is actual a demon, you know one of the "spirit guides" that you are following

This is a simple request the catholics cannot answer because Jesus and His Apostles NEVER once taught this.
You need to do your homework . . .

Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary

Definition:
necromancy
noun
nec·ro·man·cy
:conjuration of the spirits of the dead
for purposes of magically revealing the future or influencing the course of events

Show me in scripture where Jesus or His Apostle taught anybody to pray the rosary which is mary worship

This is a simple request the catholics cannot answer because Jesus and His Apostles NEVER once taught this.
The Rosary is NOT Mary “worship”. It is a plea for intercession.
"Pray for us sinner now and at the hour of our death."

Once YOU show me where Jesus and His Apostles taught the following Protestant doctrines– I’ll take you seriously . . .
- Sola Scriptura
- Sola Fide
- Imputed righteousness
- Eternal Security (“Once Saved, Always Saved”)
- A Pre-Trib “Rapture”
- Denominations

Only THEN can you question anything that the Catholic Church teaches. . .

To believe first in the Catholic church .

Idolatry, Mariology, Necromancy, Conditional Salvation reprieve from sins, dependency on priest's, violation of Jesus warning, " call no man father but your Father in Heaven."

The Catholic church teaches....
Who cares?

That's why God inspired protest.
And here we are. In his light and love of sound doctrine.

WRONG.

Jesus communicated with Moses and Elijah at the Transfiguration. Would you accuse Him of “necromancy”? As I informed you before – from Webster’s Dictionary - that necromancy is the
“conjuration of the spirits of the dead for purposes of magically revealing the future

It's NOT about ASKING fellow member of the Body of Christ to pray for us.
Pull out a dictionary and do your HOMEWORK . . .

Show me in scripture where Jesus or His Apostle taught anybody to pray the rosary which is mary worship

And you have YET to show me where they taught Sola Scriptura or Sola Fide or Rapture or Imputed Righteousness or Eternal Security

When you answer MY question about the unbiblical Protestant doctrines I listed above – THEN you can demand Biblical proof for asking those in Heaven to pray for us . . .

This verse (Matt 23:9) is preceded by a warning nor to call anybody “Teacher” as well (v. 8). Jesus was talking about the Pharisees to exalted themselves as fathers and teachers ABOVE our Father and Teacher in Heaven. Fe wasn’t forbidding the title.

Jesus said, “Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.” (John 8:56).
Stephen
refers to "our father Abraham," (Acts 7:2).
Paul speaks of "our
father Isaac” (Rom. 9:10).
Paul writes,
"For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel" (1 Cor. 4:14–15).
Paul
tells Timothy, "For this I was appointed a preacher and apostle . . . a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth" (1 Tim. 2:7).
Paul says,
"For this gospel I was appointed a preacher and apostle and teacher" (2 Tim. 1:11).
Paul
states, "God has appointed in the church first Apostles, second prophets, third teachers" (1 Cor. 12:28).

Learn to read your Bible in its proper CONTEXT . . .
The Catholic church teaches....
Who cares?
Ummmm, those of US who follow Jesus . . .

Matt 16:16-19, 18:18

I will give YOU the keys to the kingdom of heaven. WHATEVER YOU BIND on earth shall be bound in heaven; and WHATEVER YOU LOOSE on earth shall be loosed in heaven."
That's why God inspired protest.

Concerning doctrine... God did in fact put all the HE wants man to know and follow in the Bible.
WHICH bible? Do you think that Martin Luther was "inspired" by the Holy Spirit when he wanted to remove 7 books from the bible? Was he "inspired" when he also wanted books from the NT removed, such as Hebrews, James, Jude, and Revelation?

Do you know about the books such as the Epistle of Clement that was used/read in churches for the first several hundred years of Christianity?
Those that add to, or take away are cursed and will be judged accordingly.
And since the Protestants who took away those books will then be judged accordingly...according to you.
And by virtue of the fact the Lord had those statement put in to His canon shows He is in agreement and it was the Holy Spirit that ultimately influenced Paul's viewpoint
OR, Paul was trying to convey that not EVERYTHING he wrote was from the Holy Spirit...and that of his OWN opinion.
Ask your "spirit guides" as they take you to extra biblical texts that are not from the Lord.
How do YOU know? Do you think you're "inspired" by the Holy Spirit to know what's what?
Ask your "spirit guides" as they take you to extra biblical texts that are not from the Lord.
Same response as above.
That view opens the door to satanic teaching, congratulations!
Satanic teaching? Or perhaps more enlightenment.
Te devil is deceiving you by getting you to question and not adhere to what God says just like he did with Adam and Eve. Congratulations!
Who says I'm not adhering to what God says? Where in the bible does God say, "Adhere to whatever My Word is in the books that are bound only after the 16th century"?
Yes, I am unwilling to receive satan's "enlightenment" and end up in hell.
Who said it's "satan's enlightenment"?
You'll understand when the future gets here
I put no stake in the future. I'm not a "OSAS" Christian because I believe that God will decide our future.
Any "jesus" that did not speak what the Father says, and do what the Father does is actual a demon, you know one of the "spirit guides" that you are following
Just because YOU interpret Jesus' words differently than *I* interpret them doesn't mean I'm following some "demonic spirit guides."

Jesus told us not to judge 'wrongly'. That means have ALL of your facts BEFORE you judge. You only THINK you have all the facts. You read the bible and THINK you get it. You go too much by the letter of the law, and yet Jesus preached the Spirit of the law.

Do you even know the difference?

I was asking for scripture references to see where they get their beliefs from in God's Word.
Cite from Scripture where it teaches sola scriptura. Please don't try the 2 Timothy 3:16. I'm certain you've been told many times already that "useful" doesn't mean sufficient. Please cite an actual mention of Sola scriptura.
