Condescension is what Jesus used when addressing the pharisees and sadducees because like you they thought they spoke for the Lord when in reality they be speaking for the devil.

The New Testament had NOT yet been written during the life of Jesus.

Although they taught that Scripture was Authoritative (2 Tim 3:16-17) - neither Jesus nor the Apostles EVER taught that Scripture was our SOLE Authority.

Jesus gave His Church supreme earthly Authority (Matt. 16:18-19. Matt. 18:15-18, Luke 10:16, John 16:12-15, John 20:21-24).

Once again you don't know the Greek thank you. Jesus does not contradict himself. Sheep and Goats, Salt vs unsalt. If Jesus says you can lose your salvation, then another verse says you can't, thats what cults do. Contradict themselves and there is no truth in them.

There is nothing “contradictory” about what Jesus taught.

Jesus NEVER taught on Eternal Security (OSAS). When you read the Scriptures in their proper CONTEXT, you see that His promises come with caveats.

The following are promises of salvation – that also carry a warning of damnation for those who DO NOT ENDURE. You need to stop cherry-picking and read those verses in context with the rest of Scripture.

"He who ENDURES TO THE END will be saved"
