I'm training in a different position to do something work wise temporarily, and it is not the work, its my impatience with an insufferable trainer and unprofessional behavior, along with being yelled at in front a lot of people.

When I have to talk to people, I take them in the back and explain calmly, and this is a sort of culture shock for me mentally. I also hate this. I am keeping my mouth shut until this is over.

I am rolling with the tides, but I am waiting for the tides to fall.

Because I kept saying to myself that if the tides get too high not to go against it, but to watch the waters fall to the ground.

I feel in my spirit I heard "the fall" and I feel like that means trust God, he's taking care of it. He knows the answer.

I remember a quote from one of Mike Kryzyewski’s former players (Coach K has been known to light up a few players, referees, coaches, et al. in his time): “You have to focus on what’s being said, not on the way it’s being said.”

That said, all the classes I’ve taken (for large corporations) strongly discourage using yelling and public shaming to communicate correction. (Except as a very last resort when other means have been exhausted, or special circumstances when time is short and the stakes are high.) We were taught to always maintain a professional demeanor, especially if you need to have a relationship with the other person afterwards. And if the yelling is the default mode, the message eventually will get tuned out along with the means of delivery.

Ironically, you may need to quietly take your trainer aside and calmly and professionally explain this.

But, you asked for prayers, not advice.

idk

maybe being quiet and waiting until she finishes the course may be best
trainers/bosses feel threatened when corrected and often retaliate

I agree and I wish I could. I would explain more but it would be inappropriate for me to talk about other people.

I can't keep someone awake.

All I can do is take pray, take ashwaghanda, and do light workouts to build up my endurance and become like an eagle.

Before I started this I heard, "The world hates you because it hated me first," and I remembered "but fear not, because I have overcome the world."

And while working and composing myself I heard it again, "BUT I have overcome the WORLD."

Psalm 119:129-136

Your testimonies are wonderful;
therefore my soul keeps them.
The unfolding of your words gives light;
it imparts understanding to the simple.
I open my mouth and pant,
because I long for your commandments.
Turn to me and be gracious to me,
as is your way with those who love your name.
Keep steady my steps according to your promise,
and let no iniquity get dominion over me.
Redeem me from man's oppression,
that I may keep your precepts.
Make your face shine upon your servant,
and teach me your statutes.
My eyes shed streams of tears,
because people do not keep your law.

My :praying: is still the same and :Lockedthread in. May you know God presences as you walk daily with Him in everything that you do. That you are able to hand over to Him everything that causes your spirit to tremble in discomfort and fearfulness.

The issue is not within your circumstances but in your response to those circumstances. With Christ walking with you, you already have the victory. Let Christ be your advocate and your guide in your handling of/response to your circumstances.

Shalom

You are right. I have stayed, like others, because I have a very good boss, but if God wants to keep me there, it is going to be my prayer to expose a lot of thorns.

Thank you
