I had no intent to delve into a centuries long evolving history lesson, rather simply gave what “was” proper in context.

Well... the reason I learned to do that was because some years ago, some gentile believers were telling me I was not a Jew, because I would have to have been from the tribe of Judah. They were looking like idiots to me, and were causing me to have reason to regret having become a Christian.
It is not being taught properly to some of the gentiles amongst us.
That is why I showed you what I had.

The Tribes have been scattered for eons. Records lost. Modernly they who identify as a “Jew” (the Race), do so by known family history of parental descent (of any Tribe of ISRAEL).
As well, a Gentile, who Adopts by Conversion to The Jewish Religion, may call himself a Jew, or be more specific, not claiming Jewish Race, rather exclusively an adherent of the Jewish Religion.
