But those things revealed by Ezekiel, they tell more than what plays out in this world, they more importantly--like the book of Revelation--tell of things occurring in heaven, of which what is seen in history is merely an image made manifest in the world as revelation of what is occurring in heaven. All of which was before the foundation of the world, and only now made manifest and revealed--even the end from the beginning.

Since the first 69 weeks are said to lead up to the revealing of the Messiah, then it's quite clear that the "one week" of Daniel 9:27 is the 70th week. How you turn "one week" into "all of time" is anyone's guess.
