In the last days the mark will certainly be an identifier as those who either by conscientious choice (the forehead/mind) receive the mark, or for sake of convenience and comfort so they can go on living as normal (in the hand). Those who have refused the mark will be homeless, likely living in secluded areas in the mountains or forests, being fed by angels....
“14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings? 15 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; 16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. 17 Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off. ”

Yet these ones do have a mark. It will be the seal of God. A conscientious decision to follow God and trust Him whatever they cost. All worldly comforts and provisions and security will be abandoned for the sake of the gospel and for truth.
You have jumped to a conclusion held by many, that the United Nations is the final great corporate enemy in the last days. I'm not saying that the UN will be a friend, surely they are a part of the final composite corporate that is identified in scripture as Babylon the Great, the mother of Harlots. But you have jumped to this conclusion because you mistakenly change the parameters of proper symbolic indentifiers in prophetic scripture. Beasts, horns etc are kingdoms or empires. Political governance. Such as Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome, which are embodied in the first beast of Revelation 13. The second beast must also be political, and the image the second beast manufactures is also a political entity... However... There are powerful aspects to all these prophetic creatures...the religious aspect. They are political yes, but all of them embrace religious ambitions as well, using their own idea of religion as a goal to aspire to through their particular brand of worship, as well as a penchant for eradicating all opposition through persecution and civil legislation outlawing any other brand of religious worship. The mark of the beast is a form of worship.
You also miss the actual timeline.
The first beast is Roman Catholicism. It received it's seeming mortal head wound when it's political power was removed by France in 1798. The Catholic church at no time had any spiritual power whatsoever. It relied totally on political power and legislation and her relationship with kings and princes to establish herself in the world. When that was gone, she was still a church, but a mere shadow of her former self. However, when Mussolini gave her the Vatican in 1929, the pope once again became a king with a kingdom. Since then, his political influence has grown exponentially until today he graces every magazine on the planet every time he farts and receives dignatories from every corner of the globe every time he wants them to fart. The Vatican is the power today behind every political move toward unity and globalism. But I digress. At the time the papacy was receiving it's head wound, what power was rising up? That is around 1798. The transition from the first beast to the second in Revelation 13.
“10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. 11

The first beast, the papacy, rose out of the sea. Nations, tribes, tongues, and peoples. Densely populated and politically active and diverse. Europe. The second beast came out of the land. Not so populated. No political activity. By comparison a relatively empty place waiting discovery. The new world. America. Developing into a nation with the power to influence the entire planet and also having a religious side. However, that religious side speaks like a dragon. The first beast was like a dragon. It was the Dragon that gave it it's seat, power, and authority. Here the second beast is speaking like the first beast. How did the papacy speak? Through legislation. Through compulsion. Through force and persecution. Sadly, the prophecy is saying there is coming a time when the USA will establish a national religion and persecute those who choose to worship according to their conscience rather than the state sponsored narrative.
Does anyone see the potential of that taking place today in Trump's America??? Project 2025? Which by the way is now 50% completed after only 9 months!
