Hebrews 10:26 is not speaking about us. The book of Hebrews is written about believing Israel facing persecutionHave you ever sinned when you knew you were sinning?
however we can choose to leave......
departing from the living God;
Matt 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
The willful sin of unbelief is what the author or Hebrews is discussing, after they accepted Christ as their Savior.
Noone in that verse other then the Apostle is A Christian.
You can find the exact same situation, in Acts 28:28, and again its talking to unsaved JEWs.. .(HEBREWS) who are rejecting Christ, and that is why there is "no more sacrifice for their sin"......as they are rejecting = WILLFULLY, the Only SACRIFICE, who is their Messiah.
Reader, if you willfully reject The only Blood Sacrifice that God offers for your sin, who is JESUS on THE CROSS, then where else can you find one to be forgiven?
A.) NOWHERE........as you have "willfully rejected the only Sacrifice'..........and that is what those HEBREWS (Jews) are doing in the verse.
It all boils down to OSAS but you know that.
Not going to argue the obvious.
It all boils down to OSAS but you know that.
What do you make of this?Well, obviously, this THREAD is designed to argue about "OSAS",.
Never mind the Title of the Thread.
Here is the thing.
If you have no understanding of The Blood of Jesus, and this means you have no real faith in Christ, therefore you will BELIEVE that you can lose your Salvaiton.
Whereas, If you have REAL faith in Christ then you will understand and believe that Jesus keeps you saved.
REAL faith in Christ, Believes that JESUS who saved you Keeps you SAVED.
False Faith in Christ, believes that Jesus saved you, but can't keep you saved. @Charlie24
What do you make of this, @Behold?
Ezekiel 18:21-24
"But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness
Your verse is OT, and is not talking to the NT Christian Church who are under the New Covenant.
A REAL Christian knows that Salvation is A Gfit from God, and has nothing to do with keepting the Law, or "Statues".
Your Cult has mislead you again, @Charlie24
Notice that your verse says.....>>"His righteousness"..
Now notice this verse......"There is NONE RIGHTEOUS, no not ONE"..
So, the only way a sinner can turn away from "His Righteousness" which is God's Gift of Rightreousness.......is to Reject Christ and never be born again., and you find unsaved Christ Rejectiong Jews doing this in Hebrews 10:26
NOW, the Christian has been given the "imputed righteousness of God"......exactly the same as God gave it to Abraham.
Like this.....>"""Abraham BELIEVED God, and it (his faith) was counted unto Him as Rightesouenss, and so shall is also be counted unto US.....WHO BELIEVE."""""""""
OSAS was born from the 5 points of Calvinism.

Hyper-Calvinism is Theological Vomit.
TULI"P"
"P" is purserverance of the Saints....and even that is nonsense, as that is once again teaching the false idea that God will cause you to never lose your faith, so in that way, you can't lose your Salvation.
And that teaching is also theological JUNK.
The Reality is.... a Christian is Born again by the Holy Spirit of God, INTO the Spirit of God, and this is an eternal birth that was not caused by your behavior, and can't be change by your behavior.
See, once God accepts our faith...then God does the Rest.
He redeems, and then HE causes the spirutial birth .
"God who began Salvation (in the born again) will HIMSELF be FAITHFUL to complete it".
So, that is Eternal Security.......its the fact that GOD is faithful to complete our Salvation.
This mean that if you are born again, and lost your faith....then :
New International Version
if we are faithless, He remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.
New Living Translation
If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, for he cannot deny who he is.
English Standard Version
if we are faithless, He remains faithful— for he cannot deny himself.

#1 - This was specifically addressed to male/female procreation = approved and Blessed by God = be fruitful and multiplyYour reply box is messed up, but you talked about skin to skin and their clothes coming off what am I supposed to think?
Is impossible.

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me,

New King James Version
And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
EXCELLENT scripture/TruthWouldn't this be considered the marriage of the Lamb here
Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage:
and the door was shut.
Since the wise virgins that were ready went in with him to the marriage, similarly the wife had made herself ready
Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come,
and his wife hath made herself ready.
There are 3 Stages of the Marriage as declared by the Holy Spirit in the ScripturesIt is the Time factor that causes this all to seem iffy. Within time we see things unfolding that in God are not, but are in Him "finished" even before the foundation of the world. This perspective is light through the prism of Christ, who He himself is not divided or in process as we would appear to be. This is the illusion of Time in which we are cast for our time of decision--a decision, which in God is a foregone conclusion--"finished."
The answer here, is that when we too can say "I am", we are. Even so, Time by nature hauntingly hold to doubt. Thus, we are told to endure.
In my own case, in my own experience, God took me from not knowing and not believing--passing over any time of believing--to knowing. He did that. I was unknowingly dead, but then and now alive. Having done nothing and given no opportunity or time to doubt--literally removed from time, then returned to it knowing. It is with and in that timeless knowledge that I now have no choice but to speak. Still, though it was given to me, none of it is mine except in Him.
As for the Bride, first comes the marriage--which is salvation--then comes the wedding feast. Therefore He said in the order in which it comes, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."
What then do you make of this from the sowers parable?
Luke 8:13
"They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root,
You say departing from the living God is impossible.
Then you plainly deny what the scriptures so plainly say.
Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end. Hebrews 3:12-14
and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. Luke 8:12-13
Read your verse carefully.
Your verse says they "have no ROOT".
This is a symbolic meaning........"ROOT">
And who is the "ROOT"?
A.) Jesus is the ISAIAH 11 = "ROOT of Jessie".
So, this means the person has no JESUS in Them........He is not....."Christ IN YOU" for them.
They are not actually born again.
They are not actually become a Christian.
