There is a mistranslated verse in Hebrew, but Yahweh didn't say. I know how the Greek was itself mistranslated. And this would be the only quotation you would have.
Whatever you need to tell yourself.

Fact remains,Imma uel was God with us. The only Savior is God. As he said in His Old Testament.

Argue against the divinity of Yeshua all you want.

Immanuel was a slogan.

Imagine interjecting, "God is with us".
And I don't argue with the DIVINITY at all.

I kept thinking about the OP Title and eventually I thought: 'alright! I will reply!'

Saying you will be Christian but not believe in the Trinity, is like buying a house and saying "I'm not going to walk along the west wall of the house" even if there is a fence blocking the way, you don't say "whew! there is a fence in the way, I'm glad I don't have to find a way to see the house from the west"

There are things that are meant to edify and grow your faith - the Bible says "test the spirits" that you not be duped.

True. And when Jesus never taught the Trinity, those who push the doctrine are duped.

Are there any scriptures that declare one must believe in the trinity doctrine to gain salvation?

Are there any scriptures that declare one must believe in scriptures to gain salvation? Are there any scriptures that declare that one must believe in salvation to gain salvation? To believe in heaven? Etc.

And we could continue with such questions further and further, dissolving Christianity piece by piece.

To understand or not to understand? This is my question.

No. Do you?
You're asking that of someone who says the name of the Savior in both old and new testaments is a slogan.

Isaiah 7:14

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Matthew 1:23

“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).

Grailhunter: You are right there are righteous people of other religions and atheists and people that do not believe in the Deity of Yeshua that are good people and in the end they will be in Hell.

This is why we need to pray for people like Grailhunter.

"God is with us" would be a pathetic Hebrew name.

Why pathetic? Immanuel means "God with us," as the verse from Matthew you quoted says. Immanuel or Emanuel seems to be common name among Jews. I remember a famous violinist, for instance, whose name was Emanuel Hurwitz.
