That so called unique gospel was presented by Paul and the other apostles to meet the various circumstances of the time.
There is another differently nuanced gospel, described as everlasting, that applies to the people of today.

JESUS did not only speak truth , HE IS THE TRUTH .
JESUS not only gives life to all who beleive , HE IS THE LIFE , HE IS the ressurection and HE IS the ONLY WAY TO THE FATHER .
And the FATHER testifies ONLY ON THE SON . not budda and good works , not islam and good works
Not any other religoin and good works , BUT ON JESUS the CHRIST .

Pilate once asked Christ , and what is Truth . Having no idea THE VERY TRUTH was standing right in front of him .
I AM THE TRUTH , THE WAY and THE LIFE and NO man comes to the FATHER but BY ME .

Folks often wonder what is truth . But the real question is WHO IS TRUTH and WHOSE WORDS are TRUTH .
IF ya said GOD you would be right , IF ya said JESUS you would be right .
FOR GOD is T RUTH and HIS WORD is TRUTH and HIS WORDS are TRUTH .
GOD IS LIFE , HIS WORD is LIFE and his WORD even said MY WORDS are SPIRIT and THEY ARE LIFE .
THE SPIRIT IS TRUTH , THE SPIRIT IS LIFE , FOR GOD IS TRUTH and HE IS LIFE and has given all power
and authority and judgment unto THE SON who is LIFE .
MY WORDS will be your judge .

not societies words
not the popes words
not the methodists words
MY WORDS WILL BE YOUR JUDGE on the last day . I SUGGEST a return to THE BIBLE and very fast too .

If it's the same then why did Christ need to teach it to him? Paul could have simply been taught it by the 12

The church was afraid of Paul because up until the Damascus road he had been hunting them down and arresting them. So while they could have just taught it to him, they didn't, because they were actively avoiding him.

eg, Was John the Baptist saved by the Gospel that Christ taught to Paul in Eph 1:13, 1 Cor 15:1-4 ?
