You have said:

‘’No sir, we do not water down the TC

You also say:

The TC MUST be obeyed

You also say, in relation to this

Sin and disobedience is not acceptable

So, do you obey the law relating to the inner person, the law only you and God need know you break(covered by the tenth commandment)

Or, do you commit sin and disobedience concerning the TC?

If you refuse to answer, people I’m sure will draw the correct conclusion!
Last time I checked, God was in heaven. Why are you so determined that we answer to you for our behaviour?

How many people understand, in order to obey the TC you have to obey the law relating to the inner man, the law no one but you and God need know you break. People say they have the law in their heart and mind, so why do they not understand the tenth commandment?
I think it's time you stopped acting as the accuser. Go away.

At the age of ten I responded to an altar call. The first and most noticeable difference in me was, I because aware/conscious of my sin/shortcomings before God in a real and profound way. And, I set out to live a pure and holy life for God, in reality, by obeying God’s laws/TC. There was no excuse for sin, if I was to inherit eternal life, I must obey God’s laws/not commit sin.

The problem was, I could not be sinless. I was not loving others as I should, I had unkind thoughts of others, I got angry at times(as kids and adults do) and all the time I felt much guilt at my imperfections/failure to obey God’s laws/not commit sin.

But then I reached puberty and my problems magnified out of all recognition, for along came impure thoughts/lust. I honestly did not want them, I wanted to live a pure and holy life for God. They were transgressing the TC, I was risking hell by having them. My stomach used to churn over when they came, I did not want to go to hell. The more I feared those thoughts, the worse they got. In the end, to use a Greek term, I was consumed by all manner of concupiscence/lust. In the years since I got saved I had become exceedingly sinful, far more than I would ever have imagined possible

Looking back at that time, what can I say about it? I had felt alive once, a normal healthy kid before I made that commitment to Christ, because the law had not been placed within me, and so, there was no condemnation concerning it. But when it did come, sin revived, or sin consciousness sprang to life and I died/felt condemned. The commandment I believed was ordained to life, if I obeyed it, instead brought death/condemnation for I could not keep it. Through my knowledge of the tenth commandment, and my fear of breaking it, all manner of concupiscence/lust/sexual desire had been aroused in me, and through the law I was condemned:

Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived(or sin consciousness sprang to life) and I died.

10 And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.
“31 But @saved by grace 101 , which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. 32 Wherefore? Because he sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For he stumbled at that stumblingstone; 33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. ”
Romans 9:31-33

You tried in your own strength to accomplish that which is impossible to do alone.
"But I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me". Righteousness comes by faith.

“5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. ”

Do you believe the early church worshipped on Sunday at some point in its early history?
Yes, but not as early as some would suppose. The change took several centuries, and even then it took coercion by the church and state, starting from the 5th century. But there were many who stayed firm in obedience to scripture.

Is it possible for you now to obey all the commands?

So how should we view Christ’s commands, by looking to each and every one and striving to obey them all?

Carry each others burdens(love them) and so fulfil the law of Christ Gal6:2

Obviously to Paul, they were mainly examples of loving others, hence his words:

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. John13:34

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. 9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,”[a] and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”[b] 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. THEREFORE LOVE IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW Rom13:9&10

You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. 5 For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope. 6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. THE ONLY THING THAT COUNTS IS FAITH EXPRESSING ITSELF THROUGH LOVE. Gal5:4-6

In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, 1John5:3

What is not burdensome? Anyone who understands where the bar is set to obey the TC would say they are burdensome, so what is not?

and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him. 23 And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us. 1John 3:22&23

Much better to tell people to grow in love for others, then they will be living more and more as God desires.

When my mother, whom I dearly loved was diagnosed with terminally ill cancer my wife and I went to look after her in her home. My happiness was seeing her happy in the time she had left to live. Nothing was too much trouble to do for her, it was pure joy to take her to see her friends and take her out for days to places she loved to go before the illness worsened and stopped that being possible. I put aside my own wants and desires for hers.

One evening, I was standing outside her bungalow reflecting on the fact I was living closer to the biblical ideal than I had ever previously done. And I did not covet what was my mothers, I did not wish to steal from her, bear false witness against her, I honoured her and did not covet what was hers. Why was I doing this? Did I keep thinking to myself

‘I must obey the TC where my mother was concerned? No! I never once thought of any of them. So why was I obeying them where my mother was concerned? Because I loved her dearly.

Love really is the fulfilment of the law.

A much better way to be obedient, than simply tell people they must obey a particular set of laws!

And what is your understanding, to tell people to do what you do not even try to do yourself?
In over fifty years I have met no one who even tried to obey each and every command of Christ in the gospels, but I read many comments on the internet making the statement we must obey Christ's commands. That is never qualified with an admittance the person making the statement does not themself try and obey all the commands themself.
You do not obey each and every command of Christ in the gospels and the TC do you. Why not? Are you in wilfull rebellion against God? Or do you just know you cannot fully obey them all? So how is someone going to feel if you insist to them they must obey all the commands mentioned? Well if they are sincere, they will get crushed if they believed you, they may believe you yourself are obeying all the commands you insist they must. They then get crushed by their inability to do what you cannot do.
Maybe you think it is fine to make statements, insist of others what you cannot do yourself, I cannot do that, I have many faults, but not that. I know how crushed people get by the insistances of others who do not practice what they preach. It is not obeying the second greatest commandment.
Best way to approach Jesus commands is as Paul tells us:
Carry each others burdens(love them) and so fulfill the law of Christ Gal6:2
The more you love someone the more you will be prepared to carry a heavy load for them not one mile but two
The more you love someone the more you will prepared to lend to them without expecting anything back.
The more you love your enemy, the more likely you are to offer him more than what he stole from you
The more you love beggars, the blind and lame the more likely you are to invite them home for a meal. etc
Much better to say that, than make statements such as you must obey Christ's commands when you are not trying to do that yourself.
Maybe thinking of the harm you could do others doesn't matter, all that matters is insisting of them what you do not insist o

So, you think God gave us an impossible task to keep the Ten commandments? Why did God give us the Ten Commandments then? please a simple answer and not a sermon will suffice.

So, you think God gave us an impossible task to keep the Ten commandments?
You tell me, do you fully obey the law relating to the inner man, the law no one but you and God need now you break?
Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come Gal3:19

Sorry, but the people closest to God grieve the most over their imperfections, those who claim they haven't got any, well

The people actually closest to God REPENT and quit walking after the flesh and live like they have been made New Creatures in Christ Jesus, as though they have actually been born again

The slow ones ignore God's Word and continue living after the flesh and go around proudly proclaiming "I'm still a sinner" as though they are pleasing unto the Lord.

The only person they are pleasing is the devil by their continued walking after the flesh which makes them corrupt.

I think some people intend to make God in their image and like ess by altering his instruction to the lifestyle they prefer to live.

That's what the OSAS people do as they like to engage in a little sinful behavior every now and again if not "sin in thought word and deed daily" and some claim they do.

Is it? Paul tells us we must die to the law in order to bear fruit for God, we are released from the law and serve in the new way of the Spirit, not the old way of the written code/law. He gave an example of one of the TC concerning this

Why do you need the ''TC'' Don't you know in your mind God does not want you to steal, commit adultery, covet, bear false witness, take His name in vain, murder?
Wouldnt you say in your heart(the flesh is another matter) you do not want to do those things?
Is all of this not instinctively known to you in your most inward parts?
I will write me laws in their minds
And place them on their hearts

Apparently he's trying to live under the Old Covenant and wants Moses as High Priest instead of Jesus
