The appeal to biblical or unbiblical is a decoy/ smokescreen to obscure Jesus ......and flatter the person appealing.
It is used to underscore forgone conclusions as if they are unquestionable.....like the Jewish leaders who condemned Jesus.

I am saying a straw man has been set up by defaulting to biblical or unbiblical. It by passes Jesus and misses the point.
At any given point in a mans reality they will do what he/she chooses to do.
