I have no doubt that GOD can use any part of His Creation in blessing us.

This is the disciple who testifies to these things and who has written them down.
And we know that his testimony is true.
There are many more things that Jesus did. If all of them were written down, I suppose that not even the world itself would have space for the books that would be written.

Some examples of things offensive to God.

Isaiah 66:3-4

The disobedience of God's people had caused him to look unfavorably upon their sacrifices. The people thought that their sacrifices would be accepted regardless. They would have been accepted had they shown true contrition and humility.

You didn't ask if God is easily offended, but if he can even take offence. Surely he is slow to anger. Psalm 103:8. Also 1 Corinthians 13:5
