By blocking access to public roads they are conspiring to deprive rights. Specifically the 4th amendment which prevents unreasonable searches.

If they also threaten people that is assault. Doing so to block them from moving, that would make it false imprisonment.

Even if the state is allowing Marxist gangs to get away with breaking the law, conspiring to deprive rights is a federal crime. It can also lead to civil cases. Those supporting these mobs should also be charged and sued.
