Romans 11:32, 36

36 For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.
Titus 2:11 ESV

John 1:29 NIV

1 Timothy 4:10 NIV

who is the Savior of all people, and especially of those who believe.
1 John 4:14 NIV

Now,how do we reconcile those passages with just Matthew 13?
Jesus taught in parables so not all would be given to understand and come to repentance.
Which coincides with the OT prophecy in Isaiah 6.
