Psalm 82 also.Calling Jesus “theos” is the same as God calling human judges in Israel “gods” (theos) Read John 10:31-36.

Psalm 82 also.Calling Jesus “theos” is the same as God calling human judges in Israel “gods” (theos) Read John 10:31-36.
There is nothing in Ezekiel 28 or Isaiah 14 to suggest that a pre Adamic world existed. You just made that rubbish up, from your deluded imagination.
This is quite the departure from supporting the State of Israel, isn't?That's just hot air words to those who have... studied God's parable about the devil in Ezekiel 28, and recognize He was pointing to the devil there, and only using the flesh "king of Tyrus" as a type for the devil, for no flesh man is a covering cherub like God says there
If you are going to challenge me on Scripture, at least know what Scripture teaches, and that we all rely on translators to interpret the original language words and phraseology correctly. This is the beauty of the Interlinears and concordances......we get an overview on how words and phrases can vary language to language....and how they are used in other verses. We cannot cherry pick a verse and say...”see, this is what the Bible says”. We have to read everything in the correct context and explore how words are used elsewhere in Scripture to understand what is said.OK, now I know why your theology is so twisted and false. You're relying on the perverted Greek language translation, to interpret the true Hebrew Scriptures. This is a common problem for those of you who attempt to mix the languages, the result is confusion and delusion.
Let’s see you make a fool of yourself again....let me show you where you make your own mistakes, since you are so keen to expose the mistakes of others....The Lord Jesus is Jehovah God, He said it Himself so you obviously don't believe in the true God because your Greek philosophers have poisoned and polluted your mind with Demonic Doctrines. Lets see you make God a liar again with the following scriptures.
There is no trinity in the Bible, except in mistranslated verses used to support a Catholic doctrine that didn’t exist in their “church” doctrine until the 4th century. It took that long for it to be accepted and through much controversy.Jesus is recognized as Jehovah God (Yahweh/YHWH) based on the doctrine of the Trinity, which holds that all three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—share the same divine nature and are equally Jehovah. The New Testament authors apply Old Testament passages regarding Jehovah directly to Jesus.
| 4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord is our God; the Lord is one. |
What does Exodus 3:15 say in context?Jesus claims the name YHWH (I AM) used in Exodus 3:14. By saying "I AM" instead of "I was," he claims eternal self-existence, not just pre-existence. The immediate reaction of the listeners attempting to stone him confirms they understood this as a claim to be Jehovah.
| 13 And Moses said to God, "Behold I come to the children of Israel, and I say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they say to me, 'What is His name?' what shall I say to them?"
| 14 God said to Moses, "Ehyeh asher ehyeh (I will be what I will be)," and He said, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'Ehyeh (I will be) has sent me to you.'"
| 15 And God said further to Moses, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'The Lord God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.' This is My name forever, and this is how I should be mentioned in every generation.
Is calling someone “Lord” the same as calling them “God”?Romans 10:13 “For 'whoever calls on the name of the Lord [Jehovah] shall be saved.'”
Paul is quoting Joel 2:32, where "LORD" is the Tetragrammaton (YHWH). Paul applies this directly to Jesus in the preceding verses (Rom 10:9-10). Thus, calling on Jesus is calling on Jehovah.
| The word of the Lord to my master; "Wait for My right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool at your feet."
Take the whole passage in context....and see what Paul is saying....Philippians 2:10-11 “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow... and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord...”
This is a direct application of Isaiah 45:23, where Jehovah states: “To Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath.” Paul sees this prophecy fulfilled in Jesus.
I love how they invent complexity, such as modalism or one essence but not personage, homeostasis and other such extra-Biblical machinations. So the Hebrew Scriptures indicate that the God of Israel, (Yahweh/Jehovah) is “one” not three.
A title exclusive to Jehovah....He is the beginning and end of everything...even his son had a beginning.Revelation 22:13 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
I don’t think you have enough knowledge to enlighten anyone but yourself.....put your ego in a box and firmly attach a lid....only then will God impart his truth, and invite you into his family. (John 6:65)Let me enlighten you as to the meaning of "the beginning" it means eternity before creation. Now how simple was that and you've been struggling with this simple equation all your life. How sad.
That is entirely your choice but you presented me with a challenge and I accepted it.....what you do with these responses is up to you....but you will never be able to say....”no one told me”.I'm not going to spend any more precious time, trying to teach you unless I see evidence that you are ready to embrace the truth of the gospel. All I have seen so far is you making God a liar and that is extremely blasphemous and sinful.
That's right, the truth silences fools, your lies have been exposed, so run along nowI could educate you but your monolithic ego is far too large to learn anything. Good riddance.

My, my my. You sure used a lot of sticky tape to prop up your strawman, but it still keeps collapsing because it's foundation is dung. That's just hot air words to those who have... studied God's parable about the devil in Ezekiel 28, and recognize He was pointing to the devil there, and only using the flesh "king of Tyrus" as a type for the devil, for no flesh man is a covering cherub like God says there, and there has been no... flesh born king in God's Garden of Eden which God also says there about the "king of Tyrus". So if you cannot use your common sense to understand the difference in that, then I'm certainly not going to waste my time with speaking to a hard brick wall.
We have to read everything in the correct context and explore how words are used elsewhere in Scripture to understand what is said.
How many scholars are there who are “experts” on all things biblical? Pick your scholars....or do you consider yourself one?
Let’s see you make a fool of yourself again....let me show you where you make your own mistakes, since you are so keen to expose the mistakes of others....
One of us is making God out to be a liar......so we will allow the readers here to determine who has the whole truth and who is fudging Scripture.....
OK, so now I know who I'm speaking to. You are exactly the same as Satan, God said "you shall surely die" and Satan said "you shall not surely die" God revealed Himself as the Triune God, "Father Son and Holy Spirit" but you respond in the same way as your Father Satan, by saying "there is no Holy Trinity".There is no trinity in the Bible, except in mistranslated verses used to support a Catholic doctrine that didn’t exist in their “church” doctrine until the 4th century. It took that long for it to be accepted and through much controversy.
Jesus worshiped the same God as the ancient servants of Jehovah worshipped....Deut 6:4 identified him....
4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord is our God; the Lord is one.
So the Hebrew Scriptures indicate that the God of Israel, (Yahweh/Jehovah) is “one” not three.
Jesus was Jewish and taught from Jewish Scripture. He never once contradicted that Scripture.
What does Exodus 3:15 say in context?
13 And Moses said to God, "Behold I come to the children of Israel, and I say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they say to me, 'What is His name?' what shall I say to them?" 14 God said to Moses, "Ehyeh asher ehyeh (I will be what I will be)," and He said, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'Ehyeh (I will be) has sent me to you.'" 15 And God said further to Moses, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'The Lord God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.' This is My name forever, and this is how I should be mentioned in every generation.
So what does this say is the meaning of God’s name? The Israelites knew that their God “existed”, as descendants of Jacob, so what was Moses to tell these people about “the God of their forefathers”?
The meaning of his name is significant because these people had only heard about Jacob’s God, but they had not known or experienced him as his ancient servants had done.
“I Will Be What I Will Be” is telling the Israelites what he was going to “BE” for them....a deliverer and a miracle worker. He would “BECOME” for them, whatever was needed to deliver them from slavery in Egypt...and what a spectacular range of miracles they saw from their God....so they had no excuse to deny him or to disobey him, having walked through the parted waters of the Red Sea.
“I Am” was not the meaning of his name in the first place....therefore it has no connection to John 8:58.
Jesus was answering a question about his age, not his status as a deity. The Jews asked him a past tense question and Jesus gave them a past tense answer....”before Abraham came into existence, I have been.”...or “I was”.
Look up “eimi” In the concordance and see that it can also mean “I was”.....which makes Jesus’ statement in agreement with the rest of Scripture....and answers the question that the Jews put to him.
I see you are responding to someone who believes the JW NWT is a reliable translation, no wonder you're laughing :)

Gods Name is "The Lord". If you don't know this, then you need to dump everything your priest taught you in the toilet and start again. Is calling someone “Lord” the same as calling them “God”?
We have an example in Psalm 110 where David is saying “the Lord said to my Lord”......who is David talking about? Rendered with God’s proper name rather than an ambiguous title that could apply in many different circumstances, the divine name would have clarified who David was talking about....David’s “master” was the coming Messiah....but his LORD was Jehovah.
Again from the Tanakh...
The word of the Lord to my master; "Wait for My right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool at your feet."
All of those from the old testament, where saved in the exact same way that I was. We all placed our trust in the Lord Jesus, for the remission of our sin.
Take the whole passage in context....and see what Paul is saying....
“Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Phil 2:5-11 ESV)
The highlighted parts there tell the whole story....Jesus existed in God’s “form”...what “form” does God have? John tells us that “God is a spirit”, so Jesus was also a “spirit” before coming to earth as a human. All who dwell in the heavenly realm are spirits.
He was humble and obedient but to whom was he obedient? Does God obey himself?
Because of his faithful course, he was “highly exalted” by his God. Does God need to exalt himself?
And the “name” he is given is “above every name”.....if he is God, then he already has a name that is “above every name”. (Psalm 83:18)
So in the name of Jesus “every knee should bow”....is ‘bowing the knee’ considered worship? Or is it an act of reverence for the one who is the savior of his disciples and those in the grave?
And every tongue that confesses that “Jesus is Lord” (not God) is for “the glory of the Father”, not the Son.
It’s all in how you read what you want to read it, instead of what is plainly written.
I'm not interested in your private personal opinions about anything. Why would I reject what God has said and make Him a liar, in order to follow you and your Demonic doctrines.A title exclusive to Jehovah....He is the beginning and end of everything...even his son had a beginning.
I don’t think you have enough knowledge to enlighten anyone but yourself.....put your ego in a box and firmly attach a lid....only then will God impart his truth, and invite you into his family. (John 6:65)
A “beginning” as everyone knows, is the start of something.....Genesis starts with the “beginning” of material creation. What existed before then? God Jehovah, his firstborn son, and his angelic brothers.
Rev 3:14 tells us that Jesus is the “beginning of God’s creation”. The most unique Son, in that he is the first only direct creation of his Father. Everything else, including the angels was created “through” the Son.
It also says in Rev 3:12 that Jehovah is still the God of Jesus even in heaven which is when the Revelation was given to John....in order of command....a revelation from God...to Jesus...to an angel...to John. All things begin with Jehovah....
That is entirely your choice but you presented me with a challenge and I accepted it.....what you do with these responses is up to you....but you will never be able to say....”no one told me”.
Thanks for that, I just realised it before you notified me. I could smell a rat, right off the bat. But I thought she may just be confused. It turns out she's a hard core JW or SDA cult member.I see you are responding to someone who believes the JW NWT is a reliable translation, no wonder you're laughing :)
JW NWT John 1:1
""in reality he says that the Watchtower translation of John 1:1 "A grossly misleading translation. It is neither scholarly nor reasonable to translate John l:1 'the Word was a god. 'But of all the scholars in the world, so far as we know, none have translated this verse as Jehovah's Witnesses have done."

1 Jesus was not religious ! he was set up to be killed by such religious. You are free to think that...but just remember that the disciples of Jesus were thought to be the followers of a ‘religious quack’....someone they hated enough to want him dead. (Matt 27:24-25)
Political ignorance is preferred to ignorance about God’s Kingdom...that is the only government I support.
Who rules this world Reggie.....(1 John 5:19) Whose Kingdom do you support?
What if there was a God in heaven allowing this all to take place to test your faith in him, in a world ruled by his adversary? You takes sides with the devil when you mess with his politics....there are no “good guys” in his world....only a lesser of two evils....or haven’t you noticed?
You really don’t get it do you? All that takes place in this world is with God’s permission and within his set parameters. Where is your god Reggie...does he not know?....does he not care? Does he need men with weapons of mass destruction to save his people?
Could there possibly be a much bigger picture here? Take the blinkers off....
And what makes you think that “Jews” today cannot come to Christ? Individuals can make the necessary changes, but as a nation, Israel is part of the blood spilling world alienated from God and his Christ whom they still reject. (Isa 1:15) They abandoned God so he abandoned them....not fair?
All of the first Christians were Jews...so why did God then invite the Gentiles?
O, the old “it’s a mystery” trick....there is no trinity in the Bible because Jesus never once said that he was God Almighty....please find me where he ever said that. But first, do a Greek word study on “theos” and see what that word means with regard to Jesus.
By concentrating on the things in the world you miss all the important spiritual things Reggie....
The Bible contains prophesy, which is history written in advance...God has told us exactly what would happen in his word...you should try reading it, especially the prophesies in Daniel being played out right before our eyes....right now...
The only one who is the puppet master, is the one pulling the strings of the ones pulling the strings....
If you don’t understand that, you will never understand anything. (Eph 6:10-13)
The ones ‘painting pictures in ignorance’ are those up to their necks in the politics and conflicts of this world, taking sides....but again...who is running this show? How does it end?
The Bible tells us...what does it say Reggie?
Evidently you are completely ignorant of God's parable about Lucifer in Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14, where He used the flesh king of Tyrus and kings of Assyria and Pharaoh as 'types' for the devil. And by your ignorance, you reveal you don't have a clue about a previous world when Lucifer was "perfect in his ways" like God had created him. That has NEVER happened for this present world, the devil only by the time of Adam and Eve had already fallen, and was in his role as Tempter. The requires... that we understand there was a previous time, a previous world, when the devil followed God, and served as an anointed cherub that covereth, meaning his original job was to guard God's Throne.
