So while God is a consuming fire that can burn away darkness... I believe people in the afterlife have a choice to go into this fire.


There are people who die today, and are on the outside of the Heavenly Kingdom, and those also whom were faithful and are going inside to be with God.






Over all. I think the lake of fire is a good thing.


I dont think you will be fully fleshed and on fire.... that is a little to much.

I could ask you the same thing concering a question like - Do you not believe what the bible says?

Agreed but it doesn't say for ever and ever as does Rev 14:11, Rev 20:10
That leads me to believe that for ever and ever applies to the devil, the beast, the image worshippers and the mark takers only

A Christian today is a sinner that has repented from their disbelief in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ for the forgiveness of all their sins.
If you go to the lake of fire you are not and were not a today Christian.
Burn forever appears to only apply to the devil, the beast, the false prophet and those who took the mark of the beast otherwise for the rest the duration does not appear to be for ever and ever.

I think the idea is nonsense and is used as a scare tactic by small people to make themselves feel big. Even on a practical level, accusing other Christians of being 'lukewarm', and therefore at risk of being sent to hell, is grotesque, and should result in a temporary ban.

I don't feel big.
I simply follow what Scripture teaches that applies to me today/now and not opinions based on Scripture that applies to believers in another past or age to come.

I'm not singling you out, nor am I saying you should be banned. However, I do find the idea of Christians not being saved because of X or Y reasons to be repugnant. It causes a Christian to doubt themselves, or worse, doubt the Lord.

Failing to understand what parts of Scripture applies today is the reason for confusion.
eg Is a believer today saved the same way Moses was saved ?
If YES then there will be verses that supports that claim.
Many claims are made yet rarely is period correct Scripture supplied.

God doesn't get rid of hell until everything is fulfilled, which it hasn't yet. You reject that because you have itching ears as what second Timothy talks about. Hell is still around. You ignore other parts of the bible that talk about vital things. You're a preterist. You said you didn't know what that is. It's best you come clean with it. You're under preterism doctrine.

That's fine. I believe it has happened.

Doesn't mean you have to believe it. I am not gonna change my mind.

There are 3 people that told me today they believe he is coming back.

I said that is fine. As long as one is faithful, loving God and loving others it doesn't matter.


Cause if you divide among people cause peoples beliefs and just shun them that no good.

I don't care what people believe at the end of the day - it's up to me and what I do with my own life that is the concern as a personal matter.​

you are more correct than you realize .
The fact is every one earned and deserved this lake of fire . And many do reject the ONLY ONE who could have saved them .
And many are indeed lukewarm and had better repent asap too .
Cause many use the name of JESUS and yet promote sins and now even UNBELIEF as they preach
this false anti christ ecumeincal interfaith intereligious lie .
You are correct . MANY will wail and wail on JESUS day .
And many of the many that do wail will also have been in churches too .
N ot just the false religoins will wail
so too will anyone who used the name of JESUS and yet did so to preach this other jesus
that accepts certain sins , that kisses on korans and budda statues for world peace
and about the only thing their jesus and their god judges is
THE VERY WORDS OF GOD IN THAT BIBLE and those who use such words to correct and to expose their sin .
