Could you please clarify what you mean by "any children that existed before the fall"??
Scripture does not show of any children prior to Cain?

Look at the post @jeffweeder was responding to. Jeff doesn't believe there were any children prior to Cain. He was responding to someone who believes that (@Trekson) and telling him about the implications of that belief, if it was true (obviously, it is not).

God commanded Adam and Eve to go forth and multiply. How long do you think it took them to obey?
What would you do?

Once they did, she would have fallen pregnant. Eve was in her fallen state when she became the mother of all the living.
