Iniquity is coming to the full. It's appalling to see, but we need to face it, be sober and alert and have our trust in the Lord. He is still very much in charge, on His throne ruling and reigning. Those who are trusting in man/politics are being deceived.I get it. Some will support Trump because he is supporting and acting on a church led rejection of the previous 10 years or so of crazy politically correct gender theory and institutionally concocted war against Christian morality. And i say that's a good thing. Bringing back common sense, actually believing the science regarding climate change and not warping the science in order to create an ideological lie, that's s good thing. So yeah, i understand the support for Trump. I get it. Establishing observable Christian values and morality into society by kicking back at the previous permissive progressive (regressive) amoral nonsense of the left... that's a good thing.
However. Prophecy is clear. Revelation is clear. There is coming a time when an apostate Christian Protestant church in America will enforce and coerce the population to create an image... not talking about a statue here... an image to the Papal beast by uniting church and state. When Revelation says the second earth beast, the false prophet “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. ”

When the political power says to the population that quote "they should make an image etc", that means we are talking about a democratic Republic. The power is with the people, and it is the people who have the final say on the general direction of any country. In this case, they are deceived. They think they are doing the right thing. But they are allowing their government to much slack. The government beast will go too far and will legislate worship. In a Christian nation promoting Christian values such as the case is in current America, the worship being legislated will of course be Christian worship. But it will be at the behest of a church now dependant upon the state for support. The Holy Spirit has long been discarded. Jesus is no longer the King. And just as throughout history any union of church and state resulted in persecution against dissenting minorities, so will any future union.
How to vote them? That's tricky. In my home country voting was voluntary. Here is Australia, voting is mandatory for citizens, but not for non citizen permanent residents such as me. If I had to vote though, I would vote for a local independent and/or the least of two evils. Because as Amigo said, both sides are in league with far greater powers than are listed on voting forms. All politicians are puppets with the exception of a very few. Some may appear to be their own man or woman, but when push comes to shove and money and career and risk to family becomes evident, then most retire, accidentally die, or change policy.
The world we are living in today is a vastly different creature that when our parents and grandparents grew up. Heck, is vastly different today than when I grew up. Jesus really is our only hope. Our government institutions, the ministries of power we used to rely on, the support mechanisms that well meaning people put in place a long time ago like social welfare etc, can not longer be trusted. Times have changed and are changing today faster than we could have imagined. Prophecy is fulfilling before our very eyes. Politics has never, and today even less than ever, been the answer to any nation's ills. It's time for the church to return to Jesus and forget any contract or union with the world. This world is heading for destruction. It is not heading for a time of peace and safety or a millennium of Christ's kingdom on earth. Christ is returning soon to take His kingdom people to the mansions of John 14 and to meet the Father of the Groom. The marriage supper of the Lamb is even now being prepared, the invitations have been sent out, and the tables are being laid. Time is short. Politics isn't the answer, even though they may offer some attractive short term respite. The cost later though will be disastrous not just for those who trusted in them, but for the nation itself.
For the same reason the republicans didn’t release them. Both of them are middle managers for the power elite that control all governments of the world and they do exactly what they are told to do.

I reject the premise of your question. I've come to realize the Epstein files are not of sex trafficking but child porn. Ick. No one with any sensibility is willing to release these files. Do you think government should be the world's biggest source of accessed child porn?
Yes indeed dear sister . The LORD is our helper and we shall not fear what man can do to us .
Many have been released with client names. The problem is the DOJ has this information and isn’t prosecuting them for their crimes, they just let them get away with like it’s no big deal.
