Fixed or established by order or command.
God has not ordered or commanded satan's wrath to come upon His people.
The devil does not work for the Lord and those claiming he does have been deceived by the devil.
The devil is the one attempting to steal, kill, and destroy not only God's people but all the Lord is doing in this world for mankind to get man to accept the Lord and turn away from evil and get born again. The old devil has been doing this all along not just during the end times. It's what he does according to Jesus (see John 10:10)
So when one proclaims "satan's wrath is appointed to God's Church/Saints/Elect" they are setting themselves in agreement with satan - according to Jesus in Matthew 18:19, which states, "Again, truly I tell you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven." so based on these people's faith the Father has to back away from them and allow satan to attack them because this is what they are believing for.
This is based on seedtime and harvest (Gal 6:7,8). Those that sow to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption. Those in agreement with the devil's stealing killing and destroying will get what they are in agreement with.
That's pretty slow, setting one's self in agreement with the devil which is an open door for the devil to come in to their lives. No wonder deception abounds!
Too bad they refuse to accept God's divine protection instead:

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you....come close to God, and He will come close to you. ( the definition of resisting the devil IS submitting yourself to His Word, Who is the Lord )

Only IF a person stands on God's promises.
Those believing satan is out to get them will be got as those people's *guardian* angels have been put in time out so to speak due to these people's agreement with the lies of the devil.
The angels of the Lord only listen to the voice of God's Word:
Psalm 103:20
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word.
Those not in agreement with the Lord who speak in opposition or disagreement with God's promises will not be seeing their guardian angels working to protect them because of their unbelief (choosing to NOT believe God's Word)

That's been going on ever since the Church was established.
Feel free to base what you believe on the experiences of others rather than promises of protection the Lord has placed in the New Covenant.
I'm joint heirs with Christ Jesus so I'll go with Him promises.

“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. Satan (a.k.a. Lucifer) wants to be like the Egyptian Pharaoh, everyone's master. He is insane (Ezekiel 28:14, 1Peter 5:8).
There are more than 8 billion people in the world, so Satan and his angels must be very busy tempting all *mankind.*

Satan is insane, thinking he can disregard his Creator, but I suppose we all do that to one extent or another. Eventuality he will be treated to 1000 years in a room at the Marriott Abyss inside the earth (Revelation chapter 20).

Of course scripture twisters always lie as they deny their scripture twisting.
If they acknowledged the whole counsel of God they would have to admit they were wrong on some things and they have way too much pride and ego to do that.
Did you ever see the promises God put in the Word for deliverance and for His people to have power and authority over the devil?
Obviously not. That's something only those that accept the whole counsel of God gain access to so it's no wonder the devil is always slappin you around anytime he wants and you can't stop him.
Yes, and you failed to find the answer to this the Lord has provided in the New Testament.
That's because you are a very negative person who received notice of the enemy continually attempting to keep believers down but FAILED to find the fix the Lord provided for this. You are one of then glass half empty people who refuses to accept the whole counsel of the Lord.
So continue to ignore the rest of God's Word and enjoy devils walking all over you forcing you in to ongoing cycles of personal defeat that you can't do anything to stop. That's what carnal man made religion produces because it's a psych op by devils to get people to only accept bits and pieces of God's Word which produces ffalse doctrine.
Too bad you fellas don't know how to get the devil off of you!
It's pretty funny considering you people claim to be so knowledgeable about the things of God but don't even know how to kick the devil out of our life.
IMO:
Woman is Israel, man-child is Jesus. Jews will flee to Petra because of persecution by Anti-Christ. I visited Israel once and saw Petra.
