Obviously Scott loves to argue more than staying with the actual Bible Scripture, so I'm done. Like Benjamin Franklin said, "those who won't listen can't be helped."
You're projecting (your own behavior).

I stated a simple scriptural proof showing you wrong (#276)...and here YOU are arguing and accusing. So typical!

And Genesis 15:16 doesn't remotely say:

“A generation is 1,024 solar years.”

It simply says:

“in the fourth generation.”

So we're back to the same question this entire thread keeps producing:

Where did Jesus define “this generation” as a period lasting 1,024 years?

Book. Chapter. Verse.

Because if I need a multi-book mathematical reconstruction that Jesus never gave His audience in order to make the words “this generation” mean something other than what they naturally communicated to the people standing there in front of Him...

then the calculation isn't explaining Jesus.

The calculation is replacing Him.

Isaac, the confirmation of the Covenant that God entered in with Abraham, was born in the solar year 2,049 after the creation of Adam, (AA) or in a dating system we have adopted, in the year 2052 BC. Now if we accept that some of Abraham's descendants established themselves in the Land of Canaan in the solar year 1948 AD then in the solar year from when Isaac was born until some of Abraham descendants returned to the land exactly 4,000 solar years past.

Now Exodus 20:4-6 foretells us that the visitation of the fathers' iniquities will be upon their children and the children's children during the third and the fourth generations/ages of their existence. When did the visitation of the Fathers' iniquities begin? They began at the start of the third generation/age/day of the Lord in the year 4097 AA of the nation of Israel or in the year 4 BC, which is also the fifth generation /age/Day of the Lord of the existence of all of mankind, and the visitation of these iniquities will end 2,044 solar years later in the year 6,144 AA or in 2044 AD.

As such the return of some of Abraham's descendants returned to the Land of Canaan 96 years before the completion of the fourth generation/age/day of the Lord of the visitation of the fathers' iniquities.

How did I come to this understanding? By my careful study of the scriptures from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21 and understanding where contextual inaccuracies required to be corrected with our current "Bible Translations." Matthew 24:34 is one verse where the contextual inaccuracies occur, particularly when we apply today's conventions on the meaning of words.

I have not displaced Christ from His place in scripture or in the historical record. All that I have done is placed Christ in His righteous place in our understanding of Him and His works.

Shalom

The times of this world are not the measure.

Notice that when the harvest was "already white for harvest":

Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!

Notice also when the branches of the fig tree "has already become tender and puts forth leaves":

“I am the vine, you are the branches.

Thank you for your expressed understanding. Sadly, you lose me with your ponderings.

"When Doctrine Corrects Christ"

It's Satanic!

No kidding. I’ve been trying to explain that to you for fifteen pages.

If “doctrine correcting Christ” is satanic, then you’ve already stated the punchline.

Thats exactly the problem.

Your doctrine makes Christ say things He never said, relocates His words to people He never identified, and then uses Paul as though Paul can be interpreted to override the plain words of Christ Himself.

At that point Christ is no longer the infallible Lord defining the doctrine.

He's been reduced to a fallible teacher whose words must be corrected by the system.

You supplied the verdict yourself:

“When doctrine corrects Christ, it’s satanic.”

Then you know THIS GENERATION is the LAST! The 'times of the Gentiles' were fulfilled, Israel has Jerusalem! Israel is Home to stay in the Land of the Bible. The return of Israel to it's Home, the Mark of the Beast, cashless society. This is the terminal generation!

Yea, lets get it all out Jack...

Your system created this nightmare; not God’s Word.

It taught generation after generation to reinterpret Christ through headlines, wars, modern geopolitical Israel, technology, and fear, then call the result “what Jesus meant.”

Christ said “this generation.”

Your system said:

“No! He meant us!”

And that's the moment doctrine stopped serving Christ and started rewriting Him.

Once the system is allowed to overrule His plain words, Christ is no longer the authority.

The system is.

And that's exactly how doctrine ends up correcting the Lord it claims to follow.

It has conditioned generations of Christians to live in perpetual suspicion that every war, technology, government, payment system, and headline is another piece of the apocalypse.

That isn’t faith producing peace. That's a theology producing paranoia about death and catastrophe.

When a doctrine needs the world to become a dangerous nightmare in order to prove itself right, something has gone catastrophically wrong Jack.

If you said "correcting Christ is Satanic," then imagine what rewriting Him is!!?!

Your system:

Silences Him.

Corrects Him.

Makes Him fallible.

And then it REWRITES GOD’S WORDS!

I mean, if we go by your standard, then I guess we need a word even stronger than “satanic” for a system that manages to do all four of those things.

When the Mark of the Beast is soon BANGING on your door, remember you were warned! Which do you prefer, a chip implant or an electronic tatoo?

The only thing I’ll remember is watching a misled, fear-driven prophecy system manufacture exactly the nightmare it keeps warning everyone about.

You keep pointing to chips, tattoos, cashless systems, wars, and headlines as though panic itself proves the doctrine.

It doesn’t.

Fear is not exegesis.
Paranoia is not prophecy.
And repeating a system louder does not make it God’s Word.

If this whole worldview has to frighten people into believing it, while continually overruling the words Christ actually spoke, then the problem is not that I failed to heed the warning.

The problem is that the warning came from the system, not from Christ.

I mean SERIOUSLY Jack?!? >

“AD 70?”

“Pfffft. Didn’t count.”

“What?”

“Jesus was talking about US.”

“Us?”

“He has to be. Otherwise He was wrong.”

"
Wrong?!? Wait a minute!!? So instead of admitting your interpretation is wrong, you change who Jesus was talking to so Jesus won’t look wrong?!?!?"

"Exactly."

“…And you don’t see the huge, dangerous problem with that?!!?”

“Not at all. You've just got to understand our system."

^ And now imagine the very people who were duped into this system in the first place are the ones writing the “pRoPheCy ChArTs” that aren't even worth the paper they were written-on while influencing decisions that can endanger the entire planet!

All while NOT FOLLOWING GOD’S WORD,

while overriding Christ’s actual words,

and while, in practice, rewriting them to keep the system alive.

God help us.

There may still be hope for you tho, if you refuse the Mark!

Revelation 20:4 Then I saw the souls of those who had been
beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

When you said “When doctrine corrects Christ, it’s satanic!” you said a mouthful, let me tell you.

If you projected any harder, you might split the earth in half.

You keep warning everyone else about judgment while defending a system that, by your own standard, silences Christ, corrects Christ, makes Him fallible, and rewrites His words.

So before you warn me about your manufactured rapture scenario, you might want to ask which doctrine is actually standing in judgment here.

Because your own standard has already condemned the system you’re defending.

How long have you loved telling lies? I quote Jesus. Who do you quote? You?

Keep that right hand nice and clean!

Revelation 13:16-17

16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

It's coming for you!
