If you had Parents that Influenced You For Christ, please share

If you had Godly parents that influenced you towards Christ, can you describe how?

Was it church attendance? Their example? Formal catechism/family worship? Godly conversations?

I have an idea of how I want to influence my children for Christ but Id like to hear other perspectives too.

I have an idea of how I want to influence my children for Christ but Id like to hear other perspectives too.

My mother brought me to church. The kids would go to children's church where we would sing the traditional christian children's songs that were on poster boards. We would then do Sunday school and make crafts.

I remember seeing groups of people get baptized, and worrying about my own salvation because I had not yet been baptized. I think when kids start to consider their own mortality it is a good time to introduce the full gospel to them, to help them better know Jesus Christ and what he has done for them personally.

My own mother took us to church. She taught us about God often in conversations. I saw her reliance on Him in her struggles.
