- The good Samaritan did ALL that he could
- He didn't just walk away like the Priests did
- He risked his life, the attackers could have been nearby.
- You have a home
- House a homeless person in your own home, you would if it was a close loved family member.
But that homeless person might be dangerous
Did the good Samaritan worry about his personal safety when he stopped ?
Keep the excuses coming, we ALL try and justify our purposeful sinning, MYSELF INCLUDED

speaking of loving and not hating our neighbor lets look at what the bible also says .
YE shall not HATE your neighbor in your heart , you SHALL CORRECT him and NOT allow SIN upon him .
SO just in case anyone is being influenced by seeker friendly judge not correct not methods ,
FLEE it . it aint love , its hate to allow sin and Unbeleif to remain upon your neighbor .
JESUS preaching time . DOING all things HE said to do .

To the trenches . The love of a harlot has taken many captive under the guise it was of GOD .
And now leads them all to the lie .
Stand firm on Christ . Stand firm on the doctrine ye have learned . Line the walls and sound the trumpet
For all of this the judgment of GOD cometh and all who loved a lie shall perish .
Remind all that DOCTRINE matters , TRUTH matters , the words of our LORD matter and the doctrine
of the apostels matter . ANY love that contradicts TRUTH , IS NOT OF GOD . warn them all
for the delusion grows by the day and by the hour now .

So, again, we need help in our decision making. We can't just do what feels right. Somewhere in our heart we seem to be able to go either way, to do what is good, to help, or to hurt and make matters worse. I suppose that means each one of those decisions needs to be made knowing that--not just in Jesus' name--but allowing him to make the decision, every time.

To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:

2 A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;

How many of those do we have control of? We don't have control of when we were born.

Here is a music piece that I heard in my dream many months ago. God was letting me know what time he had me under.

That gives me an idea. I should share and post this type of thing in the spiritual warfare section.

I don’t get the connection, but any time God speaks or engineers our circumstances, it's good to pay attention and listen.

I can't legally house anyone else. I rent. Can you explain why not housing a homeless person is a sin?

It all depends in how much we are prepared to invest in encouraging our neighbors to become the best person that they can be.

I think one has to be led by the Holy Spirit to take a (stranger) homeless person in. Here in Los Angeles many of our homeless are on drugs or mentally ill. It would be unwise, possibly unsafe to invite someone in that is on drugs or mentally ill.

Also once you invite them in, they can legally refuse to leave.

The Lord wants us to help others but He also says we should be wise as a serpent.

We can always contact a Christian organization working with the homeless about the person.

If a sibling was homeless and had nowhere else to go would you let them stay on the bench or would you ask your landlord if it was ok for your homeless sibling to stay a short while till they found somewhere else

Correct my friend . Just as the good samaretian also put the man into an inn .
The truth is we should help . Also wisdom is needed .
Meaning , for example , while it is very true if we have the money we should h elp those in need
Its not like i am gonna necessarily give money to those in the s treets . Buy things they need but i would not just
give them money . Because many are s trung out badly on drugs . And being in bondage to that they would
spend that money on said drugs . but of course if one needed a s leeping bag or etc
or food we can help aide them and also try and get them into a shelter if possible where they can get help .
This ot her person that keeps on asking the same question to you and others ,
SOMETHING seems off . Its almost like he is trying to justify something he should not in order to perhaps
make himself feel better about perhaps his own sins . Just a t hought .
Because why would one come in and just keep prodding and keep prodding like that .
