Paul taught according to the lord's own word in regard to his coming again in 1Thess 4 and 2Thess 1.
You must believe he and Jesus taught 2 comings without ever differentiating between the two.
The fact is that when Jesus comes again, we will be like him for we shall see him as he is.
That means we are glorified in 1Thess 4 as we all rise to meet him in the air Having a body like his glorious body.
1 John 3:2
Beloved, we are [even
here and] now children of God, and it
is not yet made clear what we will be [after His coming].
We know that when He comes and is revealed, we will [
as His children] be like
Him, because we will
see Him just
as He is [in all His glory].
Phillip 3
20 But [we are different, because] our citizenship is in heaven.
And from there we eagerly await [the coming of] the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; 21 who, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject everything to Himself, will [not only] transform [but completely refashion] our
earthly bodies so that they will be like His glorious
resurrected body.
A lot of these posters believe in multiple comings and goings of Christ, not just a coming again, second coming.
The angels implied a second coming only.
Acts 1
6 When they therefore had come together, they asked of Him, saying, “Lord, wilt Thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?”
7 And He said unto them, “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons which the Father hath put in His own power.
8 But ye shall receive power after the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
9 And when He had spoken these things, while they beheld, He was taken up, and
a cloud received Him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel,

who also said, “Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who is taken up from you into Heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into Heaven.”
Revelation 1:7
Behold, He cometh with clouds, and every eye shall see Him, and they also who pierced Him;
and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so. Amen.
When He comes a second time, the unsaved world wails in terror, Because they are terrified of Christ, and He is coming to judge the world and them all, it means their destruction but our salvation.
Revelation 6
12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and [
g]behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the [
h]moon became like blood. 13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14 Then the sky [
i]receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. 15
And the kings of the earth, the great men, [j]the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
Hebrews 9
27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, 28 so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many.
To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
Christ told all of us to watch and be ready for His coming again, lest He come and find you sleeping.
Mark 13
19 For in those days shall be affliction such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, neither shall be.
20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved; but for the elect’s sake, whom He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days.
21 And then if any man shall say to you, ‘Lo, here is Christ!’ or, ‘Lo, He is there!’ believe him not;
22 for false christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
23 But take ye heed; behold, I have foretold you all things.
24 “But in those days, after that tribulation, ‘the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
25 and the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.’
26 And then shall they see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then shall He send His angels and shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
28 “Now learn a parable of the fig tree: When her branch is yet tender and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near.
29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.
30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass till all these things be done.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.
32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man — no, not the angels who are in Heaven, neither the Son, but only the Father.
33 “Take ye heed, watch and pray; for ye know not when the time is.
34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.
35 Watch ye therefore, for ye know not when the Master of the house cometh — at evening, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning —
36 lest coming suddenly, He find you sleeping.
37 And what I say unto you, I say unto all: Watch!”
