You have overlooked that God DID judge apostate Israel, and Christ declared that the kingdom would be taken from them and given to a people bearing its fruit (Matthew 21:43).

John’s call to repentance does not establish that he and Jesus were the Two Witnesses, nor does it prove a joint ministry lasting 1,260 days. My position remains that the Two Witnesses represent the faithful and chosen Church empowered by the Holy Spirit, beginning at Pentecost.

When the two witnesses come, they will take action against people who do evil. They are doing the work of God to warn people to not be wicked or follow the anti-christ and get right with God.

Absolutely not! It is I who has been providing strong biblical support, that John the Baptist, before he was physically born, HAD the fulness of the Holy Spirit already! In that declaration by the angel, John is 100% qualified as being ONE of the Two anointed ones of God!

Most all of church-ianity has lost all knowledge of understanding in what was said in Rev. 11:1-2. Even though the book of Rev. was written in 96 AD., those words in 11:1-2 literally took place within 66-70 AD (First Jewish-Roman War) which is the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple for 42 months (Rev. 11:2)..
Verses 3-13 was NOT following AFTER 70 AD, but rather it was 40 years prior to it, which was the 1260 days of Joint testimony of John for 6 mos. and Jesus for 3.0 years. The Roman beast, through Herod Antipas the Tetrarch, killed John, then 3.0 years later the Roman beast, through Pilate, crucified/killed Jesus.

Yes, 52-53 describes what the centurion saw. "And the graves were opened: and MANY BODIES of the [OC.] Saints which slept arose. And came out of the graves AFTER his resurrection, and went into the Holy city, and appeared unto MANY.

Did you ever wonder if John the Baptist was one of those Saints? You do know that he was born and then died while he was under the altar of the OC.?
Do you think that God allowed them all to be resurrected after Jesus (who was "the First resurrection:), and then to let them mortally die again, only to be thrown back into the grave again, to be resurrected again in the far future??

Did you catch that? Jesus was/is "The [VERY] First resurrection". Please connect that with Rev. 20:6
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Did you know that if you are Born again by God's Holy Spirit, you are now having part in the first resurrection,...who is Jesus?

THERE was no ressurection BEFORE JESUS was RESSURECTED . HE was the first born from the dead .

And in part , YES we are walking in new ressurected life . BUT T HERE WILL ALSO BE
