Dont dodge my question.
You said Noah was saved by belief alone not by obeying God and building the ark.
Noah was saved the same way abraham was saved, the same way I was saved.

He believed God and God accounted it to him as righteousness.

In building the ark. he saved his physical life and family. but his eternal life was not based on building the ark. God did nto wait 100 years to give him eternal life.
Question: Would God have saved Noah if he had not built the ark? Only believed in God?
That would mean salvation by belief alone + no obedience.
No. that would mean Noah did not believe God. his faith was dead. and since he had no faith. he was never saved.

WHICH "greek" would that be?
Sinaiticus?
Vaticanus?
Alexandrinus?
Or perhaps one of the other untold thousands of bits and pieces cobbled together by some monk somewhere?
does not matter

repent is second person plural

be baptized is third person signular

that translates in english to be all of you..repent.. Let them be baptized.

paul is talking to two groups

one group would be given the gift of the spirit if they repent and believe

the other group was commanded to be baptised (them)

who are they? they are those who recieve the gift of the spirit. meaning they already recieved remission of sin

its not rocket science.

Beliving in the work of God.

is not the same of getting water baptised.

Both jesus and pau said our belief was not a work.,

your argument is with them. not me.
Please proofread before posting.
When you fail such an easy task you open yourself up to misunderstanding and ridicule.
And we certainly do not wish that upon you.

Well that's where you are incorrect, ignorant and prideful.
You do not yet know what you ought to know.
Heb 5:12-14 (KJB)
You are still immature. And I say that gently but firmly.

In building the ark. he saved his physical life and family. but his eternal life was not based on building the ark
Thanks,
So only his physical life was saved by building the ark.
So according to you he was saved by his belief alone.
According to ET God gave Noah eternal life even if he disobeyed God by refusing to build the ark.

That means God would have saved Noah even in his disobedience.
This is not what the scriptures teach.
God destroyed the world because of disobedience.

1Peter 3:20,
- who  disobeyed long ago when God waited in the days of Noah while the ark was being built, in it only a few people, eight in all, were saved by water

God destroyed the world because of their disobedience and ET claims Noah would have been saved even if he disobeyed also.

You just bore false witness again

I said he would not be saved because he never had faith

Reported.

And about to be put on ignore

You've contradicted yourself again.
It's not my fault that you speak out of both sides of your mouth,
No. that would mean Noah did not believe God. his faith was dead. and since he had no faith. he was never saved
Noah was saved the same way abraham was saved, the same way I was saved.

He believed God and God accounted it to him as righteousness
but his eternal life was not based on building the ark
Here you said Noah did believe and his eternal life was not based on building the ark, therefore Noah's faith was not his building the ark according to you.
But also you claimed if he had not built the ark, then he never had faith.
These two teachings cannot be true at the same time.
They contradict one another.
Therefore I did not falsely misrepresent you.

It's on you to make cohesive logical arguments if you dont want to be misunderstood!!!

You cannot claim no faith if he did not do the work of building the ark.
Then also claim his faith was alone and not dependent on building the ark.

You yourself believe one has faith before they do works of obedience.
But here you are contradicting your belief by teaching Noah would not have faith if he had no works.
Quote from ET: " No, that would mean Noah did not believe God. his faith was dead. and since he had no faith. he was never saved.

Which is it?
You teach Noah was saved eternally without his works.
Then you teach Noah had no faith if he had no works.

I would greatly appreciate it, if you would think before you post inflammatory false accusations about me.
