You are misinterpreting Revelation 13:8. That verse talks about the book of life of the Lamb who was slain being written from the foundation of the world. It's not talking about the lamb (Jesus, obviously) being slain before the foundation of the world. .
All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the Book of Life of the Lamb, slain from the foundation of the world.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Everyone living on earth will worship it except those whose names are written in the Book of Life belonging to the Lamb slaughtered before the world was founded.

You cherry picked. Those are 4 different translations.

And, many more agree with what I stated. Here: Revelation 13:8 - Bible Gateway

So, I guess I can say that you cherry picked then? The fact of the matter is that not all translations translate that verse the same. But, the translation I quoted is accurate and the ones you quoted are not. But, believe what you want. He was not slain before the foundation of the world. He was slain around 2,000 years ago. The translations that indicate that the book of life of the Lamb who was slain has been written from/since the foundation of the world is correct whether you acknowledge it or not. Reality bears this out. Jesus was slain around 2,000 years ago and the book of life began to be written from the foundation of the world, as the following verse indicates...

Revelation 17:8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
