Also a sound church (the pastors and a lot of the congregation) will exhibit the fruits of the Spirit.
And here I observe ... idolatry, ...enmity, strife, jealousy, anger, selfishness, dissension, ... envy,... (Guess where I got that list?) And the irony is, we demonstrate these fruits of the flesh while arguing about Entire Sanctification and Christian Perfectionism.

One of those Steve-Brownisms that stuck with me after 10 years on the Key Life Forums: The Bible is a mirror that reveals who and what we really are. So does this forum. I see it in myself too.

So let's not pretend that we're something that we're not.

I never knew there was such craziness going on amongst some believers until I joined some forums many years ago.

As the Bible says...

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

Would you recommend the Christian Newbies forum to a new Christian? Why or why wouldn’t you?

I wouldn't recommend them to any online Christian forum, imo. There are far too many conflicting ideas and theologies, and not all of them are good or edifying. If they're not strong in the faith and their convictions, it will only cause confusion if not disillusionment. It's far better to find a good church or group of believers to help them grow in the faith first before jumping into the deep end.
