And I’ve already PROVEN …
You are a gaslighter.
You are a master name caller.
You deflect from the topic.
You are the self-imposed Catholic expert.

See if you can civilly answer Two simple questions.

Do YOU bow down before statues of Mary?
Do YOU ASK Mary to intercede for you… (Between you and God)?

Today, the title is formally and routinely used by Eastern Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Oriental Orthodox, and many traditional Anglican churches. Together, these bodies represent over a billion Christians globally, directly refuting the absolute claim that Christians do not use the title.

May be in your eyes, only the Protestants, or only members of your little congregation are Christians.
We do not determine doctrine by popular vote.

Matthew 22 The Parable of the Wedding Banquet teaches the otherwise:
Then he sent some more servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.’.......,,

But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 12 He asked, ‘How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.

13 “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth
.’

One has to prepare himself to join the wedding feast even though invited.
The right in the feast is not foreever, assured, guaranteed
Don't know what that is but it is not Scriptures.

You sit there accusing me of name-calling - while YOU do the very SAME thing.
Your hypocrisy knows NO bounds . . .

Do YOU ASK Mary to intercede for you… (Between you and God)?
I’ve already answered those questions – yet you refuse to acknowledge my answers . . .

The Egyptians bowed and prostrated themselves in WORSHIP before their gods of gold and stone. Catholics don’t do that. There are MANY prayer postures that people take. Some people bow, some kneel, some close their eys, some keep them open, some fold their hands. Some pray quietly – some pray audibly.

But as I have been telling you ad nauseam – bowing in worship to statues and praying TO them is strictly forbidden for Catholics, and we are NOT taught to do so. I’ve asked you to search the Catechism too see where it teaches us to bow in worship or pray TO statues.

So far, you’e failed, as
usual . . .

THANK YOU for illustrating your abject ignorance of Scripture.

I brought up the fact that the Egyptians used to WORSHIP their statue-gods. THIS is why God's prohibition against false gods were at the BEGINNING of the list. The Israelites had begun to take on these practices.

As I educated you earlier – while Moses was on the mountain receiving the Commandments from God – the Israelites were down below making a Golden Calf-god.

READ - and STUDY your Bible, son . . .

Exodus chapter 20 verse 1! They need to remmeber if it wasn't God's gift to her, she would've been a regular woman.
The virgin Mary was chosen by God to carry the baby Jesus. Not a normal conception
but the Holy Spirit of God went into the womb and knitted Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God inside her.

Conclusion…
BOL does NOT bow down to statues of Mary.
No, because that’s NOT my usual prayer posture.
BOL deflects from answering a simple question.
I’ve answered every question you’ve asked. I really don’t have a choice when conversing with YOU because you only ASK questions and make false accusations.
You never seem to answer any questions, though . . .

BOL does NOT know the difference between a Person and And a dead human.
Umm - Personhood is NOT determined by flesh and blood.
A person who has died STILL possesses personhood, my uninformed friend . . .

The presence of a spiritual soul is what determines personhood. A Chimpanzee may be intelligent, but it’s NOT a Person with a spiritual soul. The Trinity consists of Three PERSONS in one GOD.

BOL- Keep Blathering you being a Catholic and Catholics are the “smartest” and you will continue to “remain deceived and stunted”.
I never said that Catholics were the “smartest”.
In post 319, I responded to YOUR remarks in post 254, by telling you that –

"Maybe it’s just that most Catholics are just SMARTER than YOU and are able to discern between using an image to remind them of God or a particular saint – and WORSHIPPING them . . ."

Never
said we were the smartest, my extremely DISHONEST friend.
Try telling the TRUTH, for a
change . . .

A Person IS:
An individual human being consisting of body and soul.
Souls Depart Dead Body’s!
Dead Body’s Are NOT Persons.
Dead body’s are NOT called Persons / People.
Rather..cadaver, deceased, the departed, corpse, remains.

No – that’s a human being.

The Trinity was ALWAYS 3 Persons – even before God took on the form of human flesh as the Son.
And, in case nobody told you – WE will remain Persons in Heaven – even without our corruptible bodies.

Do YOU believe that Jesus only became a Person when Mary became
pregnant?

False.

Jesus IS A Spirit….with a Body….and Soul.
Living Humans Are a Body…with a spirit and soul.

Angels ARE spirits.

Numerous SPIRITS have appeared to Living Humans, in the Likeness AS a man since ancient History…to this day.

When A Spirit appears to a Human (in the likeness AS a man)… they appear as Person!

when Mary became pregnant?
No.
Correct.

I simply gave you a Theology Lesson that God was ALWAYS 3 Persons before Jesus took human form.

Yes, that’s called a Theophany.
STILL doesn’t mean that Person HAS to be made of flesh.

The Father and the Holly Spirit are Spirit – AN they’re
Persons . . .
So you believe He was a Person even BEFORE he took on human flesh.
NOW you’re getting’ it . .

Trinity…simply means THREE is the makeup of ONE…
God is a

A Man is a

No it wasn’t gaslighter.
You absolutely said that a Person must have a BODY.
So? I said nothing about that.
Sure you did:
YOU said:
“God is not a human.”

That’s
why I had to correct you by reminding you that the Son (who is GOD) is also a
human . . .
Never said you said that.
Again – you LIE so much that you can’t even keep track of them.

Unhm, YOU said:
“Ding. Ding, Ding…
You are not God.”

Don’t worry – I’ll keep track of your lies for you . . .

Funny reaction to something I did not say… and doubt you know my thoughts.
You absolutely DID. But YOU would rather continue lying.
Let’s review . . .

I informed you that the Trinity consisted of Three distinct PERSONS - to which YOU responded:
“A Person IS:
An individual human being consisting of BODY and SOUL.”

Because you denied Christ’s eternal Personhood with that remark - I responded with:
“Do YOU believe that Jesus ONLY became a Person when Mary became pregnant?”

You
said:
“NO”

THAT’S
when I asked you:
“So you believe He was a Person even BEFORE he took on human flesh.”

And now, you’re denying that you "never" said anything about this.
Let me know when you’re ready to stop LYING . . .

Didn’t mention flesh.
Time to stop lying, son. I keep tight records of your nonsense.
YOU said:

“A Person IS:
An individual human being consisting of
BODY and soul.”

Got'cha . . .

The Lord God Almighty IS an Invisible (to human eyes) Spirit and HAS “spirits, a body, a soul”
He has a Body in the Person of Jesus, the Son.
The Father and Holy Spirit don’t have
bodies . . .
Not a newsflash.
Not for ME.
But it's YOU who's been arguing against this in this conversation . . .

What are you babbling about….if I believe this or that…?

I’m NOT the one who has been arguing against the Trinity here. I’ve been defending the Trinity against YOUR attacks.

YOU have been arguing that a Person must have a BODY. The Father and Holy Spirit don’t have bodies. Ergo – they are NOT according to YOUR reasoning . . .

Do YOU bow down before statues of Mary?

If by "bow down" you mean worship, then no. Catholics do not worship Mary or statues. If by "bow down" you mean showing reverence while praying, then yes, some Catholics do. The same physical act can have different meanings. What makes something worship is the intention of the heart, and Catholics reserve worship for God alone.

Do YOU ASK Mary to intercede for you… (Between you and God)?

Yes, Catholics ask Mary to intercede for them, but not as someone who stands between them and God in a way that blocks direct access to Him. Catholics pray directly to God every day and worship Him alone.

If by "between you and God" you mean "instead of going directly to God," then the answer is no. Catholics ask Mary to pray for them in the same way Christians ask friends, family members, pastors, or other believers to pray for them. In fact, Scripture encourages Christians to offer "supplications, prayers, intercessions" for one another (1 Timothy 2:1).

Catholics believe that those who die in Christ are alive with Him. Jesus said that God "is not God of the dead, but of the living" (Mark 12:26-27; Luke 20:38). Scripture also shows the faithful alive in God's presence after earthly death (e.g., Matthew 17:1-3; Revelation 6:9-10).

Mary's intercession depends entirely on Jesus Christ and leads people closer to Him, not away from Him. Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5), and asking Mary to pray for us does not replace His unique role any more than asking another Christian to pray for us would.

Heb 12:
[1] Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

I think the ones who are witnessing men on earth being saved are holy Angels, not departed Souls.

The question isn't whether our earthly bodies die. Christians agree that they do. The question is whether the righteous are alive with God after bodily death.

Hebrews 12:1 comes immediately after Hebrews 11, where the author lists Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and many other faithful people. When he says, "Therefore, seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses," the most natural reading is that he's referring to those believers he just mentioned, not suddenly switching to angels.

Also, if the saints are completely unconscious after death, how do we explain Moses and Elijah conversing with Jesus at the Transfiguration (Matthew 17:1-3)? Or the souls under the altar crying out to God in heaven (Revelation 6:9-10)? Or Jesus saying that God "is not the God of the dead, but of the living" (Luke 20:38)?

So while our bodies return to dust and await the resurrection, Scripture repeatedly depicts the faithful as alive in God's presence before the resurrection. That's the point being made. The issue is not whether the body dies, but whether the person continues to live in Christ after death.

Before His incarnation, God the Word existed eternally with God the Father (John 1:1-2) and was not flesh and blood. But when '"the Word became flesh" (John 1:14), He did not merely appear as a man or temporarily wear a body. He became truly human.

After His resurrection, Jesus did not say, "I am a spirit appearing as a man." Instead, He said, "A spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have" (Luke 24:39). He invited His disciples to touch Him and even ate food before them (Luke 24:42-43).

Angels may appear in human form, but Jesus distinguished Himself from a spirit by pointing to His resurrected body. Therefore, while the eternal Word existed before His incarnation, the risen Christ is not merely a spirit appearing in the likeness of a man. He is the incarnate Word with a real, glorified human body, possessing flesh and bones exactly as He said.

You absolutely said that a Person must have a BODY.
I said …
A Person IS:
A (Living) individual human being consisting of body and soul.
Dead body’s of humans…Are cadavers.
Their soul departs their dead body.

A Living animal has a body and soul.
Not called a person.

Dead body’s of animals is called a Caracas.
Their souls depart their dead body.

God has a body and soul.
God is called a Spirit. ( and Has Spirits).

Sure you did:
YOU said:
“God is not a human.”
Correct. God IS not a Human.
Humans have a spirit.
God is a spirit and has spirits.

That’s why I had to correct you by reminding you that the Son (who is GOD) is also a human . . .
Not a correction FOR me!
Your belief… NOT MINE!
HUMANS ARE, created from dust of the Earth.
God was Not Created!
God Son / WORD…Came forth out of Gods Mouth!
Humans Did Not, Do Not come forth out of Gods Mouth…duh!

Again – you LIE so much that you can’t even keep track of them.

Unhm, YOU said:
“Ding. Ding, Ding…
You are not God.”
Yep, statement of FACT!
Don’t worry – I’ll keep track of your lies for you . . .
Making a Statement of Fact…is NOT claiming a thought For you…nor a lie.

Try harder to hone your Terrible communication skills!
You absolutely DID. But YOU would rather continue lying.
Let’s review . . .

I informed you that the Trinity consisted of Three distinct PERSONS - to which YOU responded:
“A Person IS:
An individual human being consisting of BODY and SOUL.”
Get a grip…
Living human…IS a body with a soul & spirit.
God…IS a Spirit with a body, soul. & spirits.
Because you denied Christ’s eternal Personhood with that remark - I responded with:
“Do YOU believe that Jesus ONLY became a Person when Mary became pregnant?”

You
said:
“NO”
That No… denied, limiting Jesus’ “person to Connection to Mary…”
Mary is Irrelevant…
Jesus, is Spirit, with a body & soul, that had nothing to do with Mary.

Gods Word came forth out of Gods Mouth.
God prepared His WORD a Body, humans could SEE,
AND Sent that body to Mary’s Womb
AND once delivered forth … was SEEN by humans…

Not a mystery!

THAT’S when I asked you:
“So you believe He was a Person even BEFORE he took on human flesh.”
He has always been A Spirit, with a body. With a soul.

The Flesh body God Prepared… did Not MAKE Jesus a “HUMAN MAN”.

It MADE Jesus “appear”… AS A (human) man
Let me know when you’re ready to stop LYING . . .
You claim Jesus was a Human…
You claim God/Father has NO Body…
(your post # 358)

I disagree…

And Because your communication skills are terrible,
AND
You Lack Spiritual Understanding, YOU preach Jesus was a HUMAN and God Has NOT A BODY.

Yet Gods, face, Ears, Eyes, Hands, Arms, Feet, Back… for example are expressly revealed in Scripture…..
But; According to you…God has no body
Post #358.

And you appease yourself, for what you lack in understanding That others Have… to Rant… they are Wrong and Liars.

Told you Before… you are not qualified, Nor have I solicited you to be MY Teacher.

The Father and Holy Spirit don’t have
bodies . . .
It is always unpleasant to converse with you about Spiritual Things.
