What do you call asking inanimate objects to speak for you? Talking to something that couldn't possibly hear you. What do you call that?

We aren't asking an inanimate object to speak for us.

Then how does worshiping through an image work? What's the purpose of the image?
We don't worship though an image.

Well it's getting late over here in the UK and I'm off to bed. I'll leave the rest to BOL

I'll try and catch up tomorrow.

It would seem we have Christ in common. Doctrines are opinions about God and subjective by nature - opinions will not damn anyone. God knows the unified heart of His Bride; perhaps we should be focused on the unity of the Body

And it has been explain to you time and time again that asking inanimate objects to speak to God on your behalf is idolatry.

Nothing in the scriptures allows for the digging up of the dead and putting them on display. Asking these dead bodies to speak on your behalf is also a sin.

The catholic church is steeped in idolatry. Praying to statues, praying to pictures, praying to dead bodies. This behavior is not sanctioned by the Word of God.

The Roman Church is Christian. It has been around for many years. As a result, Satan has had more time to plant seeds within it, to try and destroy it. So, yes, there are many things wrong within the Roman Church. But, it is still Christian. There are born-again believers within it.

Protestantism, I believe, has less apostasy, but it still has it. And it is getting worse. Acceptance of homosexuals, acceptance of women preachers, etc.

Recognize this: there are Christians in the Roman Church. If you want to know the origin of the Roman Church, read the book of Romans.

1 Corinthians.
Another lie of yours.
This is what 1 Cor. 11:4 says:
Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head.

This says absolutely nothing about the length of His hair.
Don't you ever tire of being exposed like this??

You're lost without your handlers aren't you. They would probably tell you the chapter doesn't end at verse 4.

I'm not telling you the answer. You figure it out.

and the hypocrites like yourself who think they are sinless . .
I guess you never read my posts do you, can anyone help this man???

Good grief - either take a basic spelling class - or use a spell check before spouting off your lies . .
Made you slime, cool, nothing to say have you.

Lies are offensive to Christ - and those claim to represent Him shouldn't lie - like YOU and Job.
Your ignorant lies are easy enough to debunk - but it's just pathetic to think that you have to lie to make your point . . .
Yes just read teh bilbe and yours are all there for teh world to see .

But i have had enough fighting teh devil, someone else can take over

Doctrines are opinions about God and subjective by nature - opinions will not damn anyone.

Doctrines are not opinions about God, and they will damn a person.

From Mark chapter 7:

"6 He answered and said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written:

‘This people honors Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
7 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men."

Also: "15 There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man."
