Okay, I will attempt an answer which I am sure others will completely disagree. God is all. All three. Father, Mother, and Son(brother) speak of the functioning parts of God; as His many names: God creator (The Spirit moves over the waters, the Spirit creates), God as disciplinary, as Redeemer, as teacher, as nurturer, milk for the young(breast), as healer, as peace, as wisdom, as Heaven(home with many rooms prepared), as the seed and the Womb. As The Word.

"gender" is of the flesh. There is no gender in Heaven. All in all, under One God. As woman serves man; as woman "helps". So shall we: serve God. Yet, unified within One.

Job 38:29

Father, Mother, brother, sister, and Son "gender" is how we can relate to a God that is light and so much higher than our own ways and understanding.

Good question Jim.
Humm I will have to pause a while...how DO I regard Jesus.
I'm not sure I have many things totally nailed down. We 'think' that we know many things, but I bet lots of what we think we know is all wrong anyway. :)
I regard my life without Jesus as hopeless. He is my spiritual anchor and Hope. I try to always shift my heart and mind Godward when it is not occupied with tasks that need doing. As I think of it, I never have Father , Son or Spirit separated in my mind.
I guess I have a mental picture of them together...mental pictures are funny things...I wonder why we think in pictures!!
I just He is my everything... I guess I regard Him as my reason for life when I get out of bed in the morning.
