Hi.
All I wanted to do was to apologize to as many as I was able to at one time, as it had been days since I had attended the forum.
The reason being that I had another minor stroke some days back and have been cared for at a friends place.
I will try to get through the correspondence asap...

aw, you were missed, praying you dump them Drs and get some omega 3 soon lol.
Can't even take them blood-thinner prescriptions if you eat omega 3, y'know
be advised though, your Dr will lose his commish! :)

Both John and David INBOXED me that you were sick with something...but I had no idea that you had stroked!!

Were you alone or with someone when the incident happened?
I wish I lived closer and could help you out.

That for me would mean being very brave or seeing the Lord write on the wall.
I tried Vitamin E which is a natural thinner, and also garlic which is a huge thinner...but one cannot gage the amount in each capsule , so after a while it wasn't enough for me... I ended up on the rat poison Warfarin.

I do hope that when you get old you have all the health alternatives at your finger tips. You are probably braver than I am.
I do take apple cider vinegar which is a mild thinner , so I don't have to take quite so much Warfarin. That is as brave as I can get. :)

i totally understand, and it even seems right that one system or the other must be practiced, one cannot do both, as even a Dr will tell you i guess

Haha, doc's could not at any time get the 'Heparin' ( think that's what it was, blood thinner) dose correct, so they couldn't do the work on my heart they had wanted to do, so I left it with the Lord from then on, about a decade now...The strokes came after that, but I don't rely on any of that medicine...

Yeah, I was alone again, but thankfully this one was no where near as bad, probably because I already lost my left side hearing 100% last time, which took my balance for months....I was wobbly for a few days, but now it's only if I turn too fast lol, or walk backward as I discovered, so no walking backwards for a while hahaha.
My friend Chris had a feeling I needed her and turned up and took me to her place...My kids were working, and Lyall is still recuperating, so I am grateful to her for listening to the small still voice...:)
I have wished you lived near since meeting you here...Not for that reason, although that would be good both ways, but because of the sense of peace and wisdom you so often give me...Thanks for all your prayers... xoxoxo Pia
