People spiritualizes when they need to without realizing that God spoke in parables and without a parable, He did not speak. They desire to be teachers understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm (1 Timothy 1:7).

@gadar perets has affirmed that he searched the scriptures as the Bereans did, yet in my view, after 32 years of studies.he has not even scratched the surface of the mystery of the 4th Commandment.

He was not even aware of Matthew 28:1 how God changed the Seventh Day Sabbath to the Sunday Sabbath, and how the Gentile believers already began to worship on that day as declared in Acts 13:42.

God did not change the Seventh day sabbath day to Sunday sabbath at all. Believers worshiped that day because that was the Lord's Day of triumph over death for He has risen on that day.

Sabbath day keepers refuse to see the lack of emphasis in all the epistles to the churches in keeping the sabbath while ignoring scripture in the N.T. for why there is no emphasis on the sabbath. Indeed, when church was to do their collection, from which they were given the order to set aside a portion to meet the needs of the saints in the outreach ministry, it was done on the forst day of the week.

1 Corinthians 16:1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye. 2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

Nor was he aware why the man that picked up sticks on the Sabbath in Numbers 15 was to be stoned to death, because gadar didn't know the spiritual significance.

Again he did not understand the spiritual significance of Hebrews 4.

All the above must be factored in, in order to understand how to keep the 4th Commandment Holy. Nor does he understands that the Sabbaths is but a shadow.

What is needed here is prayer for those that believe they have to show their love for the Lord in keeping the sabbath when the Lord needs to open their eyes to what He has done that they will love the Lord Jesus Christ because by being in them, they are guiltless for profaning the sabbath. That is what Matthew 12:1-8 is all about for why Jesus is Lord of the sabbath.

aw, and you really believe that, too, huh? Are you not aware that "changing the Sabbath" came about by Roman edict, and disobeying was punishable by death? yet it still took over 100 years and countless Christian deaths to establish? i'm on the fly so i'll just post a link, i know from experience i don't even have to validate the links. No we Love, love needs no laws. Love is made for bad people, laws dont stop people from being bad, making mistakes, or committing sin.

Love does not,

etc etc. Love needs no laws, but as I said before, Bad people do.

Correct, as long as a person loves, no law is needed. The problem is, even loving people fail to love at times. No one loves perfectly. So when we fail to love, there are laws that take affect. Love fulfills the law, but failing to love breaks the law. What you need to do is show there are absolutely no laws for believers in Messiah Yeshua. Even Peter failed to love and Paul had to correct him. Ananias and Sapphira failed to love. This is why we are supposed to have "church discipline". It took affect in 1 Corinthians 5.

He did not want to have to wait for the offerings to be gathered when he came. He then took all the relief items to Jerusalem to disperse to the needy saints. There is nothing in these verses to indicate a typical Sunday collection. It was a one time special collection because of the famine. And it was done on Sunday because of the tremendous amount of work involved in loading all the goods, something they would never have done on Sabbath.

I keep it the way the Spirit leads me under the New Covenant. I don't keep it according to the man made rules of Judaism. Yes, I drive my car on Sabbath to get to the Sabbath service that YHWH commands me to attend.
