IMO.......I don’t know that one should joke around about killing 25 million people and make a false accusation that the Knights were involved. Especially due to all the GOOD WORKS they perform as Christian men.

How can Rollo the Tomato be like Einstein? Making crass jokes is NOTHING like Einstein.

That is a lie. You have been corrected on your juggling of word meanings, and the canons you cherry picked have no context. And have ignored it.

The (non-Catholic) Cassell's Latin Dictionary points out that extermino is derived from ex (from or out of) and terminus (boundary). In English it has come to mean pushing beyond the boundary of life, but it doesn't have that meaning in Latin. Cassell's defines extermino as "to drive beyond the boundaries; [hence literal meaning], to drive out, expel, banish . . . transferred meaning: to put aside, remove." Cassell's does not list "kill," "exterminate," or any equivalent as a definition.

If your hate cult spent as much of it's resources on helping people as it does bashing Catholicism, you wouldn't be losing so many members.

I don't think @BreadOfLife attitude is a good example of Catholicism, or Christianity for that matter.
I believe HE has much more to apologize for than @Rollo Tamasi ever will.
The big difference is that when BoL speaks...he means it... Rollo is just pulling his strings because it's impossible to speak to BoL.

Only God knows how many have been killed in the name of religion.
I'd say that it is millions.

And just as many have been killed in the name of atheism. We like to remember the Jews killed in WWII, Communism killed about 20 million during the first half of the 20th century.

But the really ugly part is that so many were killed in the name of God.

This is a case of the pot calling the kettle black. I've never known of an organization that has whitewashed history more than the RCC!
