If you speak in tongues I can prove that you do not have the original gift of tongues of the bible.

Chapter and verse Dave. Where does it say the gifts today are not as those originally given. See, you're starting to change your story. First it is there are no gifts. Now it is that they are not the same. Which is it?

Really? You mean you are going to trust some experience and not Scripture to prove your point. I thought it was all Scripture. Your changing your story again.

And what of Cornelius?

12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
15 While it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. - Hebrews 10

Today! Brethren! If you will hear his voice! And harden not your heart! You can hear from God!

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. - Revelation 3:20

Behold Christ Jesus stands at the hearts door and knocks! If you let him in he and the good Holy Spirit will commune with you! And if someone asks, "What is the Holy Spirit saying to you?" You will be able to answer with good report!

Yes, I know. You pacify yourself with this answer so as not to answer the questions. Your theology is full of holes. You know it. And your inability to answer proves it. Yet you hypocritically claim you follow Scripture only.

There are two trumpets! The Word and the Spirit! It is nice to attend service where you can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit along with the ministry of the Word.

If you follow extrabiblical "revelations" you follow a false Christ. Jesus IS the Word of God presented in the scriptures.

Ah, yes. Another restart button. Avoid all that has been said as it has proven you and your position wrong. Try and restart the conversation again, hoping you will do better. But you won't.

You whine about 'extrabiblical revelations' yet you wanted to resort to extrabiblical proof. You provide no Scripture but make a claim of others following a false Christ. What are you following when you cannot support what you say from Scripture?

We'll have to wait and see, won't we? Jesus = scripture. Voices in head = crazy.

Yet you provide no Scripture to support what you say. You cannot answer my questions based on Scripture.

You avoid the Scripture that is against you claiming no one understands. When it is you that is rejecting the Scripture.

You say 'voices in head=crazy' yet were going to prove that the gifts today are not as those originally were through experience instead of Scripture. Why? Because Scripture is against you. So, what crazy voices are you listening to...yours?

You claim claim scripture is not sufficient, that extra-biblical revelation is needed. I do not.

You can harden your heart, and not hear from heaven at all! Many cases in scripture of the hardened heart!

I just showed you where you did. What does that make you? Deceitful?

And you can offer no Scripture for your statements. What does that say about your theology? Empty and void?

You can't answer my Biblical questions so whose crazy voice are you listening to? Yours?

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Timothy 3:16–17) (KJV 1900)

“For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.” (2 Peter 1:17–20) (KJV 1900)

But you reject God's word and say scripture is not sufficient. And that extra biblical voices are better when Peter says God speaking vocally to them on the mount of transfiguration did not measure up to the reliability of scripture.

Yes you can hold on to your Golden Calf we shall hold on to Christ. As i said which you dont seem to care for, God never stopped speaking you just refuse to listen,, what are you afraid of, the truth.

\\Heb 12:25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

It happened as stated. All tongues today are nothing like the originals and therefore bogus.

If you speak in tongues I can prove that you do not have the original gift of tongues of the bible.

Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. - 1 Corinthians 14:39
Forbid not... Don't disallow it.

“Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.” (1 Corinthians 13:8–10) (KJV 1900)

Is scripture perfect? Does it, according to Peter do a better job than tongues and prophecy?

“And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” (2 Peter 1:18–21) (KJV 1900)

Golden Calf? = not waiting for God's written word while Moses was receiving it, and turning vain imaginations into a substitute for it. You need to take heed of your own accusations.

Key word... as moved by the Holy Ghost... The Holy Ghost still speaks and moved through people today.

And when he had so said, there arose a dissension between the Pharisees and the Sadducees: and the multitude was divided. For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both. - Acts 23:7-8

I tell you, you are doing a great job recreating the sect of the Sadducees.... Sad-You-See!
