You will find that your continual attack on Catholics, Mormons, Calvinists etc are against the rules. Obviously we can post against a doctrine..but not tell the person themselves that they are wrong.
I had to re-read the rules myself the other day myself to find if I had broken any.

I read this :-
QUOTE...
[*]Do not attack another member's character in any way. Address the post content, not the member's character, family, denominational affiliation or any other subject that may be perceived as a personal attack by the Christianity Board team and is not germane to the topic or post at hand.
[*]Do not state or imply that another member or group of members who have identified themselves as Christian are not Christians. If there is an issue where a member seems to have circumvented the basic tenants of the faith in order to join the community, please privately contact the Christianity Board Team to voice your concern. etc etc

Just saying...

Challenging Catholic, Mormon and Calvinist beliefs are not personal attacks. They are challenges those doctrines.

To date I have had one post removed as perceived to be a personal attack. Which I did not challenge but did not agree with.

There are certain religions long deemed to be cults by biblical Christianity. Those being Catholicism, Calvinism, Mormonism, Jehovah witness, Oneness and Christian Science among others.

Other groups are split decision, from being cult to one of unsound doctrine.

So I don't see any violation of the rules by me.

I do see violation of the rules by others posting in Christian only forums from recognize cults. But I don't seek the removal because they are good topics of discussion.

I think it is attributed to Abraham Lincoln that he said: "I don't think I like that man. I believe I will go over to him, and get to know him."

Good one and very wise. ( but often somewhat hard to actually DO)

Many are still eating from the Tree of the Knowledge of GOOD and evil.

ie...The tree of right and wrong!

What seems "right" = Good, ....can be totally wrong when it comes from a crooked heart and motivation.

God is all about LIFE and death...

Eating from the Tree of .." Good and evil " does not equate to eating of LIFE!

So many issues and NOT 'right or wrong'..but the issue is LIFE.

A word of correction with the wrong spirit is not life giving..
When God is anointing the words it brings for fruit.

There is no tree of knowledge anymore. When Adam and Eve ate its fruit was planted in every human being on the earth for all time. Called the law of conscience.

False correction, teaching, etc. does not give life.

That is why as the apostasy increases the world dies faster and faster. And the membership of the seventh Church of Revelation increases.

Except you can never leave it alone..for instance, whenever Dave L posts about anything, you make a comment about him being a Calvinist. Half the time it has nothing to do with the thread at all.

And that is not the first time I have seen you say that to Jane Doe..you just 'have' to mention LDS.

Same as Barney the other day..he was answering someones post and you jumped in with "he's a JW"..which had nothing to do with the subject matter.

You seem to be unable to 'just post' without putting everyone into a denominational or doctrinal box .

( which is really an elevation of what you believe, and it being 100% correct.)

I can't even say that I got 'average' grades at school Nancy...:(
Which I regret now.
I was always a goof-off , and being sent to the Head Master for a caning... I was bad enough at age 11...by the time I was 15 I was often sent home..
Only AFTER I was out of school at at work, I wished that I had TRIED harder at school to learn something.

I feel sad now, because a few of our male teachers were just back from the war..and very easy to 'set off' and upset, which I did often to get laughs from the class. I was a fool and wasted those years. And made the lives of some of my teachers wretched. :(

bless you ...H
Say it isn't so!!! Our sweet (but spunky ;)) Helen was a troublemaker in school!!!! Ahahaha...just hard to see you being a cut up :D .
Oh if only we COULD go back to change some of the things we did or did not do. But, that's one thing God does not give back...time. :( So, press on Christian Soldier! ♥♥♥

Where on earth did you learn that? o_O
And where is your scriptural authority to say that?

Christians choose to eat of it every day...and they call the Good, Life!!
Which it is not... it is nothing but their dead works.
There is One good....and He is Life.
The only Good that we can do is that which is spoken to us by the Holy Spirit.
Then it is good works.

Yet Dave L keeps telling others they are wrong and his amillennialism and Calvinism is correct.

Have you criticized him as you are criticizing me here?

Nor do you have any criticism of Jane Doe obviously defending her Mormonism.

Being the member of the cult has everything to do with what they say. It is the core and foundation of their thinking.

I understand your into that touchy-feely stuff.

Which you are trying to elevate here.

Having worked so many years in intelligence and elected office plus running a business you learn either things are legal and right or illegal and wrong. And that letting illegal and wrong slide gives us situations like the US now faces on its southern border.

Congratulations. That is pretty much the view of the more rigid of the Christian Reconstructionists.

Paul in Romans talks extensively about the law of conscience.

Adam and Eve knew they were naked when they gained it.

If you want to make it something outside of this, please tell me where it is.

Christians still have the wall conscience, we can study Mosaic law as a learning tool. We have the Holy Spirit within us guiding us.

I'm just curious where you see the existence of the tree of knowledge today.

..I see it in everything that is 'called' good and done in the name of the Lord.
So much so called 'good' is really death, not life.
I believe that the Tree of T K O G A E , is still here, and people are eating and being deceived by it, believing it is good for them.

That's interesting but it does not match reality. Both Calvinism and Amillennialism are deceptions, but you cling to them tenaciously.
Only 3 possibilities exist in salvation. 1) God alone saves people. 2) People save themselves with God's help, or 3), people save themselves without God's help. Calvinism/Augustinianism = #1. Arminianism/semipelagianism = #2. And Pelagianism/Socinianism = # 3.

What are you?

I do get a kick out of so much literalism in Bible reading. Many people still think stars are going to crash into the Earth to make life here more miserable for people.

What are you?

False choices.

Repentance by free will choice by faith in the grace of Jesus Christ and his blood sacrifice.

You trying to make it God saves us without any input from us versus we save ourselves is a false dichotomy.
