Agave syrupy is good too

Strangely enough , the first ...and last time that I ate it..my mouth tingled and my lips got swollen. No idea why I reacted to it like that. :(

..and eat the oats ...I love hot porridge...with just a drip or two of cream.
No longer like it with sugar as when a kid. Loved brown sugar on it.
I once tried it with a pinch of salt as the Scot's do...and quite liked that...but like it best plain.

Oooh, a bit of REAL butter, a pinch of salt (a must!) and brown sugar oh yuuuuuumeeeee. All that sugar kind of kills it a bit, ha! Butter doesn't help but...everything in moderation

Addressing homosexuality.....
Providing a delicious, nutritious breakfast....

Is there anything that Quaker guy can’t do?

It was the sin of not being hospitable that was the final straw. The crowds of men at the door represented the whole culture, which was committed to satisfying their desires rather than following God. Remember, Gomorrah burned too and homosexuality was not highlighted there either

The crowds at the door represented the queer culture. Yes, the whole culture. To satisfy their queer desires. Being a queer was highlighted in the actions you just described.

Mobbing a person’s house and demanding to rape the guests is an illustration of how corrupt the society was - homosexuality played a part

Isn't that a bit of a silly question!!

Well, that is precisely what "SkyWriting" did in a post addressed to me. The post of mine that he replied to wasn't even addressed to him--yet he felt entitled to suggest that I had had more than one sexual partner. He doesn't know me at all or any of my biographical information--he just decided to slander me. Then he finished his slander off with saying that I am just as guilty as someone who killed and ate his victims! "SkyWriting" makes vile accusations and yet you side with him?

[29] ...We ought to obey God rather than men.
So, IN SHORT....It matters not to me what Corrupt things Corrupt men have declared.

"than men" are the high priest and sanhedrin council in that quote.
And I support Peter's response.
God is saying ignore church rules, follow secular rules.

It is not over emphasized. It is the story. Why does that bother you? Do you agree with the Quaker man that it is ok to be queer?

In Ezekiel 16:48–50, God compares Jerusalem to Sodom, saying "Sodom never did what you and your daughters have done." He explains that the sin of Sodom was that "She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me."

Mathew 10:14-15
If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet as you leave that house or town. Truly I tell you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.

I don't "side with" any one...I do "like" many of his posts.
I can only go with what I see written.

I did not see the post you refer to...

As you may have seen by earlier posts of mine , I am not hard nosed about homosexuals. I find the ones I know personally ( knew then for many years as close friends, before they 'came out') one I actually lead to the Lord at age 13.

I just don't understand their choice of same sex.
I see it anti-biblical because of some scriptures. Yet I see many Christian acting far less christian that the homo that I know. I know many unkind christians. So, no, I wont point the finger or say that they are worse..."for there, but for the grace of God, go I. "

God knows , I don't.

I do eat them about 4 days a week with nuts. Only steel cut oats.
The church of my upbringing is Church of the Brethren which has split from the Quakers.

My dad was a preacher at the Brethren Church. We went to Sunday school there..and the youth group. ( back in England)

There is truth and there is love. There can be no real love without truth. I have known several homosexuals in my life as well and found them to be kind people--for the most part.

You display the agape as does Skywriting. There’s a lot of strong evidence that scientific research says homosexuality could be biological. Could be homosexuals have no more control over there dis function than a child that is born blind.
