He hasn't asked Erdogen for permission yet. If he doesn't, Erdogen will yell at him again, and that was so traumatic the first time...

When it rains, it pours. I'm sure Trump's lawyers will appeal the case involving his tax returns all the way to the Supreme Court in necessary
This business of tax returns is simply another pathetic attempt by the Leftist-Liberals to divert people's attention from their own evil deeds. The leaders of the Democrats since the time of Obama all belong behind bars and should have all been prosecuted by now.

And yes, Trump should take this all the way to the Supreme Court and show the world that his opponents are simply evildoers, who have no interest in anything other than power to destroy others and their own country.

It's really simple. The law is what it is. Congress has the power to have specifically-authorized members look at anyone's tax returns, without exception. Violation of that law is another valid reason to impeach.

As several former prosecutors have noted, Trump is doing what any criminal would do in that situation.

I'd say you talking about Obama is an attempt to distract. If "the leaders of the Democrats" belong behind bars, why isn't Trump's Justice Department doing something about it besides slinging mud?

You seem to think you have all the facts already before the case goes to court. You seem to be supporting mob rule. I think if we support the rule of law, we don't rush to judge things so quickly and based on what little we may know or think we know. Let the facts come out in a court of law.

You sound as if the courts aren't that useful or necessary; that a President should be above the law. That is a dangerous position. I don't want any President of any party or of any stripe to be above the law. If Joe Biden is elected and committed crimes or concealed crimes, would you want him to be above the law? There may not be hard evidence now about his son; but some of what he did looks really shady to me. I know I won't vote for Biden; and I think he and his son need investigated even if Biden becomes President. Let the courts do their job.

It is dangerous. Would you want someone like Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden to be President and have them immune from the law? They could do anything, and get away with it if the Supreme Court agreed with Trump that Presidents have absolute immunity from the law.

I have several friends who are Kurds. Solid as they come. Sorry about your friend's friend. I suppose there are evil people in all cultures.

Kurds are mostly Muslims. They just don't feel compelled to force other people to be Muslims.

My assistant coach was a Muslim. And a Kurd. A gentleman, quite open about his religious beliefs; he moved to America precisely because he didn't want to be where one's faith was up to the government.
The Talmud created ISIS to do it's work and the Kurds have locked some of their ISIS mates up.
There are different types of Moslems.
Look they come across as good only for a reason, fact is that they do not like or respect the traditional USA way of life, they are not your friends any more than any other group of people in all of the East world.

We even have people in Australia that hate the USA and would bend over for China to take us over, China can do no wrong in their eyes but the USA they rant and rave against, because they want to see Capitalism destroyed and Communism control the whole world and some openly wanting the State of Israel to rule the whole world with a iron rod and that means getting rid of Grace and bring back the Law.

Communism has no Grace and Islam has no Grace and Jews have no Grace and we are heading into the total power of Socialism and no Socialist has Grace as all such are of Satan and mans works.

Just remember that any person who lacks Grace is not going to support Christianity, they just don't regardless because they are lost and worthless.

I would not embrace anyone who does not have Grace at all, because they are just like a swine, as all that they will do is attack you, because they love mans works, fact of the matter is that such people are totally lost ! they only are like jackals looking for what they can get and if they can use you for there ends they will jump at it, I have seen it many a time and I know them by their works.
I can read them like a book, I can say watch this swine it will do X, Y and Z because that's it's nature, it's a beast and all that it does is destruction because it knows no better.
And our Society is being led to crash because the majority of people have turned their back on God because the enemy has got a foot hold now within and out, it's like a cancer, just as Israel fell and Judah fell it's the same deal you are sitting ducks.

The West nowadays is like a young girl who looks to some being desirable to her but does not truly know that such will only take advantage of her, such is a lack of understanding due to ignorance. the West were never so ignorant before as they are nowadays.
I have found people born before 1950 were always mainly wise to such things as to the reality's of world but from then on the works of Satan has been brainwashing the people from schools and media and this power has increased it's hold over the people, every 10 years one can see it was ramping up more and more and now to the point of insanity dictating to all and now openly threating all who speak up against them, much like Hitler and the Communist did until they took control over everyone in their Nation. once total freedom of Speech is gone you are under a dictatorship and then they will kill who ever they want and no one will say boo ! because you will be next to be shot and these mongrel Nations that's a way of life for them, they know no better. it's an eye for an eye mentality and the madness never ends.
W Churchill was correct in saying about such people, that it's like rabies in a dog.
Be carful of who you embrace.

Is Fox News a source to believe?

Fox News Poll: Record support for Trump impeachment

Just over half of voters want President Trump impeached and removed from office, according to a Fox News Poll released Wednesday.

A new high of 51 percent wants Trump impeached and removed from office, another 4 percent want him impeached but not removed, and 40 percent oppose impeachment altogether. In July, 42 percent favored impeachment and removal, while 5 percent said impeach but don’t remove him, and 45 percent opposed impeachment.

This if things go as they did in Watergate, Trump will be narrowly re-elected, and then as more more facts come out, resign to avoid impeachment.

I don't think it will follow the Watergate pattern.

Studying each of the swing states (even before this) convinced me he can't win again. He won by slim margins in 2016 in several; and since then, his approval rating took a dive. The average change in his approval ratings in those swing states was about 10%. It's probably going to go lower now. Even it it didn't, he wouldn't win most of the swing states he won in 2016. I check the polls by state.

He also has a wacko running his campaign who said they would be ignoring polls. Trump won last time by campaigning in the swing states where polls indicated he should. Clinton didn't. She also failed to get out the black vote. Maybe his campaign manager said that because of how poorly he knew Trump was doing in the polls. He could be hanging onto his job by making bogus promises.

'The biggest joke in politics': Trump campaign chief disses 2020 polling

“The country is too complex now just to call a couple hundred people and ask them what they think. There are so many ways and different people that are going to show up to vote now,” Brad Parscale, Trump’s campaign chief, told CBS News in an interview taped Tuesday.

“The way turnout now works and the abilities that we have to turn out voters, the polling can’t understand that, and that’s why it was so wrong in 2016. It was 100 percent wrong. Nobody got it right. Not one public poll,” Parscale said.

I understand his point about turnout well enough; but the polls were still astonishingly accurate state-by-state. It didn't surprise me that Clinton got the most votes but Trump won in the electoral college. It depended on turn-out in key states. It almost certainly won't happen that way again because there's not enough leeway for the turn-out to tilt the results. I expect Trump to resign rather than face a humiliating defeat.

You'd have to be completely uninformed to dismiss polling as it is today. Businesses pay billions a year on polls for their products and services, because that information is worth it to them.

Real Clear Politics average of polls was within 1% of the final vote in 2016.

Trump doesn't have the G2 to understand this, but some of his people do. They're trying to slow the erosion of support by telling us that polls are wrong.

The polling companies would go out of business if they were as bad as Trump's campaign manager said.

Real Clear Politics is a great site. It's where I get most of my polling info.

I see judges ruled against Trump in three separate cases: Business records, green cards and visas to low income migrants, and funding for that wall.

He really does need new lawyers who don't waste so much time and money; but I imagine they'll keep up appealing everything as far as they can.

Story here: Federal judges rule against Trump in 3 cases on executive powers

lol, well Trump's going to have a new position open in the personal attorney role soon. Maybe he should clean house yet again...

Would you take a job working for him? I think he's finding it harder and harder to get people who are willing to work under him. People in his administration seem to be dropping like flies. Was it just this week we find out that Rick Perry's leaving -- and there was a squabble over that too. And then the acting head of Homeland Security is going. There isn't even time to get some of these people confirmed in the Senate before they're gone. People try to defend him by saying he's draining the swamp; but it's his own appointees biting the dust.

lol, no, not me. I'd rather sit in prison.

I don't think he has an option with the personal attorney role, with Rudy G.

At least he has his daughter and son-in-law still, heh.

lol, one could say, the swamp is being drained...

Yes, Jared Kushner was put in charge of the impeachment problem. I guess he solved the opioid crisis and brought peace to the Middle East alreayd and needs a new project.

‘TRUMP IS SCREWED!’ Internet erupts in laughter after Jared Kushner tapped to lead impeachment fight

President Donald Trump has reportedly tapped son-in-law Jared Kushner to lead the fight against House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry.

As reported by CNN on Friday, the president is relying on Kushner and chief of staff Mick Mulvaney to come up with a plan aimed at beating back investigations launched by House Democrats into the president’s efforts to get Ukraine to dig up dirt on his political opponents.

Kushner has been the mastermind behind some of Trump’s biggest mistakes as president, most notably the decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey, which led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller and the conviction of multiple Trump associates for a wide array of offenses.

Given this, many people across the internet celebrated Kushner’s ascent to lead the impeachment fight, as they believe it signals the White House is completely doomed.

I'm almost beginning to feel sorry for President Trump. Kushner appears very dense at times.

Jared Kushner says Florida ex-felons are part of "the new coalition that President Trump is building"

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner told Fox News that more ex-felons in Florida have registered as Republicans than those who are Democrats.

In a wide-ranging interview with host Laura Ingraham, President Donald Trump's son-in-law expressed his satisfaction at seeing the passage last year of the bipartisan criminal justice reform bill, called the First Step Act, which aims to reduce recidivism and help convicted felons reintegrate into society.

Ahead of the interview, a clip was played of an event hosted Monday at the White House celebrating the legislation, which Ingraham described as a "personal mission" of Kushner's.

Politicofact said they couldn't find any evidence to support the claim; but if it were true, why would you brag about it?

Story here: Are most Florida ex-felons registering as Republicans?
