I removed this post. I don't want the controversy. Everyone is going to have to make up their own minds about what is taking place.

I know in your fanatical obsession with hunting for anything you can find negative about Trump, you see only what you want to see, but the actual truth of this is that he openly said he was talking of their "love talk" excesses..... AND he continued right along to quote what Strzok said about the "insurance policy."

I thought you were getting a little more rational about that stuff, but I guess I was wrong. Knock Trump for being the rude, crude, big mouth he is, — that is fine, he deserves it. But please don't try to fabricate issues that don't exist, simply because one of your Anti-Trump news feeds tells you what you should believe.

Willie LOL how did I know you would object?

I know this is a sore topic among some here and I apologize for offending anyone.

I didn't hunt this one down - this was sent to me by someone who has been questioning whether she wants the faith or not. She said that she doesn't call herself a Christian and even she knows this is wrong.

I assume you've raised a family and have experience with the younger generation: they are very attuned to hypocrisy.

So I wondered what other Christians thought about this behavior. It is vulgar. In fact Trump said that he could shoot someone and he'd still be liked. Are they the words of a Christian?

I just don't know how pastors can continue to support and give a pass to this kind of behavior. Notwithstanding the fact that Trump has continued to fund Planned Parenthood and continued the never-ending wars and the Christian world gives him a pass as babies are murdered.

So I guess he's right - he can kill and have Christians fawning all over him.

Please excuse this carnal post. I know this is a sore subject but one that someone brought up to me. I don't agree with what has been done to Trump but everyone knows I don't believe any of what is being presented to the public.

Yet all these pastors are kissing Trump's feet so to speak even as he fakes an orgasm on national TV.

Where have their morals gone?

My first little video: POTUS feigned orgasm & the press said ho-hum | CFI Forum
Really, SG??? I do object to this thread. I think you need to delete it.

Call me a prude, but this is not what I want to see on a Christian forum!

I didn't do it, Trump did. I apologized for anyone it offended - shouldn't we be more concerned about all the youth and unbelievers who watched it? Someone wavering in the faith asked me how Christians could support Trump after doing this on national TV. I wondered what other Christians thought about it. What could I really say in response? I couldn't excuse or condone the behavior or the "Christians" who gave it a pass.

What do you say to someone who is on the fence about Christianity and who sees this behavior in public and Christians giving it a pass? This is a legitimate question because the world is watching us and what do they see when "Christians" continue to support, condone, or look the other way as this is done? Isn't it almost like Satan mocking Christians? That's how it seems to me.

I am seeing a total disconnect. This behavior is wrong and very few "Christians" are calling it wrong.

Uh, you posted this thread for everyone to see. I don't think Christians need to be talking about this on a public forum. I don't want to see it. I may be the only one bothered by your title, but so be it. That's where I am!

BTW, if Trump did this, yes, it bothers me--a lot!

I actually had no knowledge of it as I don't watch any of the news stations - someone else told me about it. I know it isn't a nice topic but sometimes unless we face the hard issues head-on then they'll simmer under the surface or not be talked about. The young person who told me about it wondered how Christians could give the behavior a wink and a nod. This is a younger person who isn't fully convinced of wanting to be a believer and then sees this. She said verbatim: "I'm not even a Christian and I know this is wrong, and all those pastors are supporting him."

You know from working around the younger generation that they can smell hypocrisy a mile away.

There is something deeply wrong in Christians who give a pass to this behavior. The very topic insults you - as it should - so shouldn't Christians be insulted by this type of behavior on national TV???

There is a disconnect somewhere.

Why would you even say that last part???? For Pete's sake, go listen to the whole video for yourself, and see that he was doing no such thing. I expect this kind of herd mentality from SG, but others here are capable of thinking for themselves.

You're absolutely right!

I should have checked it out for myself, and I normally do, but I'm working right now, so my time on the Internet is limited.

I have to say I am disgusted at some of the sick minds on here.

On something like The Walton's TV show, the kids mock one another with exactly the same childish, exaggerated "love talk" ("Oh John-Boy" "Oh Marsha... I love you so much.") when they find out one of them has a boyfriend or girlfriend.... and that is kind of cute. But, if Trump does it, it is not seen as just his stupid immaturity, but it is automatically turned into your instinctive thinking of sexual perversion.

I worked for years with Sex Offenders that didn't have such warped thinking.

For cryin' out loud, Trump does enough stupid, immature stuff all on his own. Pick on the stuff he dumps in your laps, if you feel this need to attack him. What is with this obsessive desire to fabricate things that never existed?

I apologize if I came down too hard on your reply. It is just that I have come to expect so much more level headed, common sense thinking from MOST people on here.

Willie - we have made some progress in our differences and I want to keep it that way and I encourage you to do so as well. I know you're a Trump supporter and you know my views. There is no reason to devolve into name-calling. Something I've learned: Some Christians are just as bad as the leftists they claim to loathe: they attack someone who questions Trump's actions - actions which someone else found vulgar and asked me about it knowing I'm a believer. I told them the truth: that I found it vulgar. I wondered what others thought. In the interest of peace I removed the post. My candle is burning low right now and I'm not up to the arguments and controversy.

If you're going to be offended has PW - maybe you should also be offended by Willie's unchristian words. Let's be honest here. Let's react in horror at a post about something vulgar a President has done yet give a pass to a professing Christian who attacks and belittles another Christian on a CHRISTIAN forum. This is just what I mean about giving a wink and a nod to all wrong behavior. There seems to be a disconnect.

I removed the post. Someone had asked me about it and I wanted to see what others thought - I honestly hadn't thought that it would offend anyone.

I appreciate the apology. :)

No, I don't think you came down too hard on me. I'm so done with the Trump hatefest! I'm not saying that this thread was that, but I objected to this thread for other reasons.

I know that Trump is capable of any evil that any other president has perpetrated, but the sophomoric attacks on him by some people are way over the top. Again, I'm not accusing SG of this, but others on this forum have had their fun attacking him. Can you imagine Obama being attacked with such vitriol?? Anyone who attacked him was automatically a racist, lol!

I try to keep up with the REAL news. I want to know what's going on that will affect our nation and the world.

Ok, I'll back off. I also thought we were making headway. My being a supporter of Trump's policies has nothing to do with me defend fabrications intended to make a man, any man, look like he did something he did not. I would never have reposted some of the crap about Obama being queer, or about Michelle being male. That is the kind of detestable thing I loath. And I probably will never stop pointing out, loudly and clearly, the propagation of that sort of thing.... about anyone.

I appreciate your doing this, and I'm sorry if I came across as attacking you. That was not my intent.

I agree with you that we need to know what's going on, and I have my eyes wide open where Trump and every other politicians are concerned. And of course, there is the Deep State, whoever they are, controlling more than we can imagine.

But I also keep in mind that ultimately, God will have His way!

Again, sorry if you felt attacked by me. I know you're struggling, and I don't want to add to the burden you're under.

Thank you. I see that this is a very sensitive subject and I don't think that Christians should go at each others' throats about it. I have enjoyed being at peace with you and I don't want to destroy that. I'm seeing that it's really up to God to show each person what is truth.

No, I've never been sold on Trump. I just see that God is using him. His pro-life record has been good in many ways. This is a big issue for me, and I always want to give credit where credit is due.... I think it's important to recognize the positive and the negative.

I didn't think it would be perceived the way you did. I do tend to tackle tough subjects sometimes but I am going through struggles right now and I'm not up to controversy. There were times I actually cringed coming on here and I don't want it to be that way as there ceases to be a place of being among a body of supportive believers. I also honestly believe that there are times to take action to keep the peace; not necessarily to change what you yourself believe, but in the interest of peace.
