What? If a believer loses his faith, he doesn't lose the "seal" of the HS because God wants them to suffer during the Tribulation? What on earth are you talking about?
A believer is justified by faith - so if a believer loses his faith, he loses his justification. No justification means no salvation and no eternal life in Heaven. No salvation means no "seal" of the HS.
1. if eternal life can be lost for ANY reason. it is not eternal. It is conditional
2. A person of faith never loses faith, Because God never lets them down. Saying they can is to say God is not trustworthy. Although from your churches perspective, I can see why you beieve this way.
3. Once again, John said people who do not believe in Jesus have never been saved, They were never of us, if they were of us, they never would have left.

when will you stop trusting religion. And start trusting Christ?

To whom am I to show respect? To the adultery of the faith, to idolatry, to exultation of Mary to being the queen of heaven?
I would rather die than admit this is anything to do with following Jesus or knowing a free heart, full of life and living in His love.

Indulgences for getting out of purgatory is just a farce.
But if you want to believe this is what Jesus meant us to know and follow, thats your choice.
I could never follow this or believe it carries any weight.
Hi FollowHim
History is boring to most. The Catholic Church has a documented history of interactions with God for 1700 years are so. As a Protestant, you do not have any of that. If you belong to a denomination then 1500 or 1700 years after Christ your denomination reads the Bible and says eureka! I have it right! If you are a non-denominational, then sometime in your life when you woke up to Christianity you stand up and say eureka! I have it right. Either way the new kid on the block.

Mostly for the Protestants, God retired after the close of the Bible and did not wake up again until they became aware of Protestantism. Cessationists have various beliefs regarding God communicating with people or miracles. The idea that the Protestants gagged God and bound Him in a corner for 2000 years is not only sacrilegious but absurd. You think God did nothing for 2000 years. The Catholics have 2000 years of communication with the Trinity and Mary, well documented and events challenged. So over the course of 2000 years of communications...new information will be revealed....new instruction....new religious processes. Now some of the Protestant denominations are 500 years old, what you should be concerned about, is why isn't any of that happening to the Protestants? Is God ignoring them. I have seen the Holy Spirit move in Pentecostal churches and have heard tongues, but some Protestants will even deny that...even condemn it, which might be a ticket to hell.

What is wrong with the oldest Christian denomination on earth, is between them and God. What is wrong with the Calvinists, is between them and God. What is wrong with the Baptists, is between them and God. The Catholic Church has had it issues in the past and still does, but that is mostly caused by the administration. The Catholics in the pews are great people, just like the Baptist in the Pews are great people even though their Pastor maybe in jail for extortion. Corruption is not limited to the Catholic Church. Human nature is such that powerful positions attract people that lust for power....The Protestants never really had that temptation of power nor existed in the cruel times of the dark and middle ages.
Either way..."my opinion" is that the best of any Church or denominations is sitting in the pews.

Jesus says it is so ironic, the Ekklesia give out so much truth/ in Jesus' Grace and Love,
and
receive from you so much hate.

Really if the calling card of your religion is hate, it has no foundation in Christ.

It appears you know not just who the Bible refers to as daughters of the whore, but also who the Bible refers to as the whore of babylon.

Does God hate the whore ? and the daughters of the whore?

Yes, of course.

He and the disciples say clearly (no doubt) ANATHEMA! to those who bring a false gospel. CURSED are they. (not blessed, not saved)

It takes a person whose heart is full of hate to make a religion of hate. It would only stand to reason that such a person would interpret the scriptures to hate other Christians. The good news is that you have so many other targets. Where ever your opinion falls in the gambit of 30,000 plus Protestant denominations the one thing is sure, disagreement is the consistent element in Protestantism....But still I love them and consider them saved and fellow Christians.

Thus the whore of babylon, as described in Scripture (all along),

in perfect harmony with God's Plan. (the whore having daughers, being world wide deceiving billions)

Yes.

Those deceived likewise - even twice as much the son of the devil as the ones who 'converted' him.

I defend the faith. I find it sadly ironic that after 2000 years people can read the ink on the paper but have no idea of the love of Christ or of Christianity. It does not matter if it is the Protestants bashing the Catholics or the Catholics bashing the Protestants, by doing what they do it shows they know nothing of the Bible, Christ, or Christianity.

Again, that is exactly what happened 2000 years ago or so. Now, Today, Billions, Multitudes hating the truth, hating each other, hating Jesus.
The religion of hate, the lies, the whore of babylon, deceptive, lying, destroying souls, using men , women and children and babies as commodities to buy and sell their souls....
It fills the whole world as a stinking abomination before God, and He will destroy it soon.

It takes a miracle of God in Christ Jesus for anyone to be set free from that utter despicable deception of the enemy.

If you know this, why remain in such deep error then yourself ? !

God says "COME OUT!" i.e. turn to God, His Kingdom is at hand. REPENT, turn to Jesus to be healed.

It does not matter if it is the Protestants bashing the Catholics or the Catholics bashing the Protestants, by doing what they do it shows they know nothing of the Bible, Christ, or Christianity.

What good does it do for you to reference God's Word when you have no understanding of it. Haters religion! The truth is not in you because you do not know it.

There is a scripture about this....speck in the eye versus beam in the eye.
When you misuse TORAH as you do here and earlier, it does not bode well for you.

Whether you have a speck in your eye, or a log - either one -

would you try to help those who are lost or not?

Would you try to help those in quicksand if you saw them, or would you walk by on the other side of the road ?

It amazes me how someone can say so many wrong things in a single post.

First off Matthew 7:1-5 is New Testament
“Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.

Judging someone in regard to their salvation is well above your pay grade....You must think you are God.
