You are wrong in both views

in the Greek peter told everyone to repent

he only told those who repented you be baptized

the gift of the spiritual given to those who repent

the baptism was done because they received remission of sin

this is proven in the next verse

“and those who believed were baptized”

The modernists version of it...

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized WHEN YOU GET AROUND TO IT SINCE IT IS NOT SALVATIONAL, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS.

And that is a fact.

So you are denying Christ's Deity? That is also reason to believe that you are not still saved (John 8:24).
Not at all.

His God fully indwelled him bodily after resurrecting him from the dead.

the Col 2:9 effect on him made him the Everlasting Father/Mighty God by default.

The Col 2:9 effect would do that to anyone it would happen to.

This is the ultimate effect on a resurrected man.

God Father's us and becomes our God THROUGH Jesus, His human son now.

Luk 6:37, Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Isa 54:17, No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Considering that I am a servant of the LORD, and your "tongue' has risen up against me in judgment; let me say unequivocally that you are on your way to hell.

You too, @Candidus, for liking his post.
So could not refute what I said you attacked me as lost

A man is walking down a street, and comes to an intersection. He cant decide which way to go, so he takes a walk up one street, it is wide, it branches off into many other wide roads, this one is called catholism, hmm he thinks, let me try another.
So he tries another road, it is much rte h same as the first, but this is called. seventh day adventist, still not sure he tries another and another, all wide none going anywhere in particular all with different names, from different religions
Than he catches out the corner of his eye, a break in a bush, so he walks towards it, this path is narrow, its overgrown, filled with thistles and thorns not so nice as the others, but he does see than someone has passed this way before but it has being a while, so he sits down to think,

so which way will you choose.

Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Joh_14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

and one last

Mat 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
Mat 22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Mat 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen

What you have written is very good, you can make application from all scripture, but let me give my Biblical perspective on these verses in regard to technicality, just so you have deeper understanding and appreciation:

Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

You have to go back to the beginning of Matthew 5 to know what Jesus was talking about:

Matthew 5:1 Jesus is talking to the multitude and his disciples. His disciples were part of the believing remnant of Israel, our church, the body of Christ, in this dispensation, had yet to be formed.

Matthew 5:3 Jesus is talking about the kingdom of heaven. The church today, the body of Christ, has been given the heavenly places, not the kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of heaven was only promised to Israel, only the believing remnant of Israel will enter the kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of heaven is the prophetic earthly Davidic kingdom in which the Israel of God will reign with Christ for a thousand years.

From then on until Matthew 7:13-14 Jesus is teaching the kingdom of heaven, the attributes of those who enter, and about how to enter. Not all Israel will enter this kingdom as can be seen from Matthew 22:11-14. The unbelieving will not enter, neither those who rejected Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God, who will be cast into hell, or the believers who were unfruitful, who did not endure til the end, they will be cast into outer darkness outside the earthly kingdom.

This is all I know it says.

It says we must do something for something.

You reading an English interpretation

the Greek does not say those works

it’s uses 2nd person plural in the command to repent

and third person singular in the command to be baptized

repentance leads to faith which leads to salvation.
Let everyone who is saved (received remission of sin) be baptized
In effect that is what it says

No, it is a translation.

I interpreted nothing.

The translators, translated this from the Greek....

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

So, the ancient translators out qualify you and I to redefine the verse.

Are you a closet translator?

Be sure that you don't neglect your duty to be baptized therefore, when you are given the opportunity.

Of course, another point to be understood is that it is baptism in Jesus' Name that saves (see also Acts of the Apostles 4:10-12, 1 Peter 3:20-21)

You failed to acknowledge it was the work of god Who rose Christ from the dead in baptism of the spirit in Col 1

so sorry I can not look to you

The Bible says...

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

The anti-baptismalists say...

38 Then Peter said unto them, NOTHING! JESUS DID IT ALL ON THE CROSS...

Or..

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and CONFESS THE LORD JESUS FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Or...

Then Peter said unto them, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost THAT REMITS YOUR SINS, THEN GET BAPTIZED SOMEDAY WHENEVER IT IS CONVENIENT .

Or...

I could quote them all day...lol.
