Those that are believers but are not expecting and looking for the rapture (catching up) will be left behind!!!
Hebrews 9:28 tells us who Jesus will return for on rapture day===Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and """unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time"""" without sin unto salvation.
You are saying that Christians have been looking for him for centuries and he hasn't appeared to any of them a second time. Uh, for some he's hasn't appeared the first time. . . .

Those rejecting the rapture need not worry and fight against the catching up as they will be left behind!!

That is not true. Disagreement on the timing of the rapture in no way holds you to being left behind if you believe it is post, and it is actually pre, or mid, or whatever. As long as you are righteous and holy you will go, no matter what. If a willful sinner, no matter what you believe about the rapture won't save you.

I believe in Panmillennialism - everything in the end will pan out!

Whether Jesus comes back in my life or I get called to the Father before, my focus is remaining faithful each day! Be watchful because either of those could happen any day.

Reminiscent of "where is the promise of his coming?" (2 Peter 3:3-4).

Those who are even in the graves are in fact looking for Him from their position of being in soul-sleep, if that be a reality (while 2 Corinthians 5:8 appears to denounce the idea, it appears to be also substantiated by specific verses in the book of Job and elsewhere).

And for those to whom He hasn't appeared to the first time, I believe that the scripture says, that they will look on Him whom they have pierced, and shall mourn over Him as over an only son.

And they will realize at that time that He is the same Jesus who came to earth before and died for the sins of the world.

Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

2Peter 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

..and also BEWARE waiting for something that may not ever happen.
You have been saying this for years...and you are still waiting for it...I think you will have a long wait @GISMYS_7
The timing of the rapture is nearer today than it was even one day ago.

And, no one knows the day or the hour;

So, it could happen one second from now, or it could happen 500 years from now or later; or it could happen sometime in between.

An exhortation about considering that the wait may be longer than previously expected:

Mat 24:44, Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Mat 24:45, Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
Mat 24:46, Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
Mat 24:47, Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
Mat 24:48, But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
Mat 24:49, And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
Mat 24:50, The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
Mat 24:51, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Read slowly and try to understand that God is telling you who He will return for and others will be left behind!

These scriptures are about thebeliever's very, very near future!

God's Word on the catching up (rapture)??

1 Thess.. 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain """shall be caught up together""" with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Corinthians 15:51- 57
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

So then, why do you have Christ returning a 3rd time???!

2Peter 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

2Peter 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God.

People have preached the sign of the last days for years.

Fact IS:
The last days for people all over the World:
Has come to pass.

Fact IS:
For 2.000+ years living souls, (of Converted Dead Bodies ) have been departing their bodies and Risen Up, to be with the Lord, IN Heaven.

Fact IS:
The Lord has given SIGNS, of His Day, and Promised to Glorify and LIFT UP "TO Him", Bodies, of His Church.

Fact IS:
This has been Taught since The Son of God WAS manifested in the Flesh on Earth.

Fact IS:
I know NOT the day my Body shall physically die...
Nor the Day the Lord shall raise my Body up in glory...
But I do Know, the day my Body IS physically dying:
My Living soul and my Quickened spirit Shall Rise Up to the Lord and BE With Him Forever WHEREVER He is.

And Regardless of what utter wickedness, corruption, nonsense goes on "IN" and "OF" this world...
I have already been MADE (by the Power of God)...NOT "OF" this world.

I have already been MADE (by the Power of God)...NOT "subject to" the Lambs WRATH, or Gods WRATH, or Gods Cup of Indignation.

Praise and Glory to our Great Lord God Almighty,

The rapture unto heaven doesnt count as His second coming. That much I can say

Okay. So, does that mean that He only "kind of" comes back? Or, just part way comes back? o_O

I believe that He will not only return in the blink of an eye but He will have the dead who preceded us with Him, And at the SAME time, He (IMO) will gather those who are alive in Him, together in the clouds as He APPROACHES the earth along with His angels, and us in glorious bodies. From there, we come back WITH Him to conquer Satan and Gods enemies.

They haven't been fulfilled, the fact that we are still sitting here even asking about it is proof enough that it has not. Most Christians can't even tell you exactly where all this occurs in revelation, and whether or not all this is even described as occurring all at once at the last trumpet (it doesn't) while they are here dragging the O.P through the mud for believing in the rapture. If they actually followed the teachings of Jesus and took the beam out of their own eyes before trying to remove it from someone else, and stop being hypocrites, maybe Christianity wouldn't be the laughing stock that it is.

I mean, sure, that's a fair enough thing to believe. I believe the rapture will only come ce the great Tribulation however.

That's an honest answer.

And it still won't be enough for some people. Its why discussing it at length is a waste of energy to me. Next time someone asks me to cite the scripture, I'll just tell them to go find it themselves.
