Being at the father's right hand doesn't necessarily mean he will be confined to a specific spot and not be able to more around.

They CAN NOT comprehend.

The rapture will usher in the day of wrath, which will be seven years long.

Amen!

Glory to God,

I bet you would not say even half of the things you do on here in real life or, pretty sure you would be avoided like a plague! We ALL want the Truth or, we would not continue to search, knock, seek Him as we do. I do hope someone smacks you with a "nice" stick :)

Smacks him with a stick? Little harsh dont ya think. Maybe a little plague would be more appropriate. Just 7 days

Leviticus 13:5 (KJV)
5 And the priest shall look on him the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague in his sight be at a stay, and the plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up seven days more:

There will be four separate resurrections in the future:
1. The Resurrection/Rapture of the Church (1 Cor 15)
2. The resurrection/rapture of the Two Witnesses (Rev 11)
3. The resurrection of the Tribulation saints (Rev 20)
4. The resurrection of the unrighteous dead at the Great White Throne (Rev 20)

Enoch, you must have missed this question

Which one of the 4 resurrections is found in scripture below?

EZEKIEL 37
[3] And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. [4] Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. [5] Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I WILL CAUSE BREATH TO ENTER INTO YOU, AND YE SHALL LIVE: [6] AND I WILL LAY SINEWS UPON YOU, AND WILL BRING UP FLESH UPON YOU, AND COVER YOU WITH SKIN, AND PUT BREATH IN YOU, AND YE SHALL LIVE; and ye shall know that I am the LORD. [7] So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. [8] And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. [9] Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and BREATHE UPON THESE SLAIN, THAT THEY MAY LIVE.[10] So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the BREATH CAME INTO THEM, AND THEY LIVED, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. [11] Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. [12] Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I WILL OPEN YOUR GRAVES, AND CAUSE YOU TO COME UP OUT OF YOUR GRAVES, AND BRING YOU INTO THE LAND OF ISRAEL. [13] And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I HAVE OPENED YOUR GRAVES, O MY PEOPLE, AND BROUGHT YOU UP OUT OF YOUR GRAVES, [14] And shall put my spirit in you, and YE SHALL LIVE, AND I SHALL PLACE YOU IN YOUR OWN LAND: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

That of course would be the "first resurrection" of Revelation 20, which is to occur on the day of Jesus' 2nd coming to gather His Church, and pour out His cup of wrath upon the wicked on earth, ending this present world on the "day of the Lord".

That day is when the scattered tribes of Israel are put back together in the lands of promise which God originally promised their fathers. It will involve the Jews of the house of Judah (representing Judah), and the Israelites of the ten lost tribes (as Joseph's seed).

Since Ezekiel was made a watchman specifically to the house of Israel (ten lost tribes), it also includes the house of Judah (Jews), and that is who all the Ezekiel 37 chapter coming up out of their graves is about:

Ezek 37:11-14
11 Then He said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, 'Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.'

12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O My people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up out of your graves,

14 And shall put My spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
KJV

Also, per Ezekiel 44, we know these all include both believers on Christ and non-believers of the seed of Israel who will stand in judgment and not allowed to approach Christ in that future millennial time.

The Restoration the Israel of God:

Ezekiel 37:1-10 The prophesy of the valley of dry bones.

Ezekiel 37:11-14....these bones are the whole people of Israel, they say; our bones are dry, our hope is gone.... The Lord says; My people, I shall bring you up from your graves and restore you to the Land of Israel. You will know that I am the Lord when I do this. I will put My spirit in you and settle you on your own soil.

The Israelites were punished by God for their sins by dispersion into other lands. That is why they cry ‘our hope is gone, we are cut off’, they have lost their Israelite identity, and become spiritually dead. Note that the bones, which metaphorically represent all 12 tribes of Israel, are displayed in an open field, showing that their exile is not an actual captivity. Ezekiel’s task is to bring the good news to them, to revive their hope and faith, that they are still God’s people, He hasn’t broken His covenant with them, He still loves them and the time has come when He will restore them into the Promised Land.

This gathering of all God’s people, now every faithful Christian, be they actual descendants of Jacob or grafted in, the true Israelites of God; Galatians 3"26-29 & 6:14-16, must happen before the Millennial time and the war of Gog and Magog in order for the Temple to be rebuilt and the 144,000 to be selected. This Spiritual death of the Israelites will not last much longer. Through the prophet Elijah [Malachi 4:5], God will awaken them to their divine destiny. The long exile will be over; they will establish their own politically independent State in all of the Holy Land. The new nation of Beulah; Isaiah 62:1-5
The first stage of this redemption has been done in part of the Land, by the Jewish people, but they too, have not yet received a renewal of God’s Spirit. The ‘dry bones’ prophecy of Ezekiel does not mean physical resurrection of the dead, but is a symbolic vision, similar to other Biblical allegories. It means the end of exile and the beginning of restoration. Ezekiel 11:19, Ezekiel 36:24-28 & 38

Ezekiel 37:15-28... I am taking the leaf of Israel and joining it to the leaf of Judah; they will be as one in My hand. I shall assemble them from every quarter and restore them to their own soil....

The prophecy of the ‘dry bones’ continues on to the “two leaf” prophecy. This is the time when the House of Judah rejoins with the House of Israel, separated since King Rehoboam’s time. It is only when the both Houses reject their apostasy and sins, that they will be ready to become one nation again, a nation of priests and a light to the world. Still, this is not the final redemption, but a preliminary one, to enable their regathering and settlement into the Land of Greater Israel. Final redemption of the whole House of Israel, Jew and Gentile, will follow the destruction of the armies of Gog, who is motivated to attack because Beulah will be so wealthy and prosperous.

Ezekiel 38 & 39 The attack on the nation of Beulah by the armies of Gog and their destruction.

38:8...you will invade a land restored from ruin....the Israelites, brought out from the nations, living in peace and prosperity. [after the Psalms 83 event and before the Return of Jesus]

Ezekiel 39:21-29....from that Day forward the Israelites will know that I am the Lord their God...... I have dealt out to them what their sins deserved... now I shall restore all of them, leaving none behind and make them exemplify My Holiness for many nations to see. No longer will I hide My face from them, I who have poured out My spirit on Israel. This is the Word of the Lord. Reference: REB. Some verses abridged.

EZEK.37 THE GATHERING {IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE} Yup. Zeke37 and 1Thes.4 are both describing the same event.

1THES.4 [13] But I would not have you to be ignorant brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.[14] For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.[15] For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.[16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE FIRST:[17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR: AND SO SHALL WE EVER BE WITH THE LORD.[18] Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

When 1Thes.4 takes place, what really happens? The rapturist would have you to believe we fly off to heaven. What do the scriptures say? Keep in mind that many Rapturist claim youll find nothing of the so called rapture in the book of the prophets {the old testament} but.... Surely thats not true

AMOS 3 [7] Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

EZEK.37
[12] Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I WILL OPEN YOUR GRAVES, AND CAUSE YOU TO COME UP OUT OF YOUR GRAVES, and bring you into the land of Israel.
[13] And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,

Theres THE DEAD IN CHRIST who rise first (1Thes.4). The first resurrection. But..... there not headin for heaven.

[21] And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will GATHER THEM on every side, and BRING THEM INTO THEIR OWN LAND:

Its the gathering of Gods people, THOSE WHO ARE ALIVE AT HIS COMING. The gathering will be done in the twinkling of an eye. Not by public transit. And were all headin for the land of Israel as promised in the Word.

[24] And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.
[25] And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.

There are many that claim that this scripture is speaking about Isreal becoming a nation in 1948. Not so. They do not have one Shepherd over them. Nor is Christs tabernacle in their midst.

[26] Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will SET MY SANCTUARY IN THE MIDST OF THEM FOR EVERMORE. [27] MY TABERNACLE ALSO SHALL BE WITH THEM: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Verses 26 and 27. “And so shall we ever be with the Lord” {1Thes.4 v17}. Its quite obvious that 1Thes.4 and Ezek.37 are speaking of the same event. No so called rapture. But the gathering of Gods people to the kingdom

No; we Christians will travel to the holy Land by conventional means. Isaiah 35, Psalms 107.
Your use of 1 Cor 15 is wrong, as the instant transformation into immortality happen to those whose names are found written in the Book of Life, AFTER the Millennium. Revelation 20:11-15

Opinion noted. Ive heard that story before. All Rapturist must believe Ezek.37 does really say what it says or their rapture theory goes down the toilet. Why does the rapture have such a strong hold on them that they wont believe whats written?

PSALM 110 [1] The LORD said unto my Lord, SIT THOU AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I MAKE THINE ENEMIES THY FOOTSTOOL. [2] The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. [3] Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. [4] The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. [5] The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in THE DAY OF HIS WRATH.

Well, ya see what the scripture says. Jesus will be at the right hand of God UNTIL His enemies are His footstool. Jesus is still there {at the fathers right hand} UNTIL His day of wrath. The Day of the Lord.

ZEPHANIAH 1 [14] The great DAY OF THE LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. [15] THAT DAY IS A DAY OF WRATH, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, [16] A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. [17] And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. [18] Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in THE DAY OF THE LORD'S WRATH; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

Yup. His day of wrath IS the Day of the Lord. Will Jesus sneak away from the Fathers right hand 7 years before the Day of the Lord and bring us to heaven as the Rapturist claim. Or will scripture come to pass only as written?

The day of wrath begins w/ the 6th seal and the rapture is depicted in Rev. 7:9. The only question is in the context of it's timing in relation to the rapture. Pre-trib believes the seals are part of His wrath, pre-wrath believes the wrath of the Lamb begins just after the sign of the 6th seal just as Rev. 6:15-17 shows and that the 70th week begins around the 2nd seal, we will experience the GT which is Satan's wrath upon the church as depicted in Rev. 12:17.

The belief in a seven year tribulation is based on Daniel 9:27:

And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until the decreed end is poured out on the desolator.

"He" refers to the prince mentioned in the preceding verse, whose people destroy Jerusalem and the temple in AD 70. This shows that the 70th week does not immediately follow the 69th, but that there is a period of time between them. We are living now in the time between the 69th and 70th weeks.

The prince will make a seven year treaty with the Jews that enables them to rebuild their temple and resume offering sacrifices. In the middle of the seven years he will enter the temple, proclaim himself to be god, and demand that people worship him.

Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.
2 Thessalonians 2:3,4 ESV

The last half of the seven year period, 42 months, is known as the great tribulation. The bulk of the book of Revelation takes place during this time.

Here is a site that might help you understand Bible prophecy better:

Rapture Ready - End Times News, Prophecy, Doctrine of Pre-Trib Rapture

The breakdown of the 70th week is only conjecture on everyone's part, many times based upon things the bible never actually says!

Careful, @Keraz has an un-Biblical views of some endtime events. Those in Christ at His coming are changed at the twinkling of an eye like Paul taught in 1 Cor.15, and then "caught up" in the clouds and joined with the asleep saints Jesus brings with Him on His way to Jerusalem. That is only for His faithful elect of the "first resurrection". Zechariah 14 reveals Jesus' feet touching down on the Mount of Olives where He ascended to The Father from per Acts 1. A great valley is formed by that, and He brings all His elect saints with Him there, and only then... does His 1,000 years Millennium reign of Rev.20 begin.

I do not believe in any 'rapture to heaven'.
The prophecy of the 'dry bones', is allegorical for our present state of Spiritual dryness. As Ezekiel 37:14 says; then I will put My Spirit into you and will settle you into the holy Land. Joel 2:23-29 will come to pass.
Careful, @Keraz has an un-Biblical views of some endtime events.

You are the one telling the LIE.

Because in your above post 188, you told the fib that we Christians travel to the holy land by conventional means regarding the day of Christ's 2nd coming, even saying @BOWnQUIVER is wrong in referring to 1 Cor.15 about that event.

You can be against Pre-trib's false idea of being raptured to Heaven, because that is true, Jesus is not going to rapture anyone to Heaven, because He is coming here per 1 Thess.4, bringing the asleep saints with Him. But there WILL... be a literal 'rapture' (Greek harpazo) though, as written, up into the sky clouds on His way to Jerusalem. And that WILL happen after His saints still alive are 'changed' at the "twinkling of an eye" to their "spiritual body" like Apostle Paul taught in 1 Cor.15!

Your problem is you are too wrapped up in a fleshy thinking of that event.

Direct accusations as you make are un-Christian and unacceptable on this forum.

There are two gatherings into the holy Land; first soon after the Sixth Seal event has cleared and cleansed all that area. We Christians will migrate to there. As described in Psalms 107, Ezekiel 20:34-38, Isaiah 35, +
Then, when the AC conquers us; Revelation 13:7, half of the people will be taken far away to a place of safety, Revelation 12:14, and when Jesus Returns, His angels will re-gather them back to Jerusalem. Matthew 24:30-31.

You again show your confusion and wrong beliefs, when you make 1 Cor 15: 50-56 happen at the Return. That prophecy refers to what will happen at the GWT Judgment; AFTER the Millennium.

Have you connected the dots concerning Ezek.37. Ive asked you about it 3 maybe 4 times with no reply from you. I do understand why
Ezekiel 37 has absolutely nothing to do with the Resurrection/Rapture of the Church. The entire prophecy of Ezekiel is about redeemed and restored Israel after the Second Coming of Christ.

Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. (v 11)

That statement certainly is false.

The Ezekiel 37 chapter is SPECIFICALLY about the day of Christ's coming to gather His saints, and restore the kingdom of Israel with the joining back together of both houses. This is IMPOSSIBLE to miss, for it is clearly written!

So once again, you reveal you follow other things than the written Word of God.
