If you mean Ez. 39, then yes, but Ez. 38, imo, is post-millennial timing. There is no way Israel can be described as a "land of unwalled villages...having neither bars or gates"!

... Lebanon doesn't ...; just like a year ago when the Oil Tankers didn't have "bars or gates"; or any other number of scenarios which will apparently elicit a military strike by the U.S. and/or allies, which will ignite the Middle East.

One has to take into consideration not only the literal but what the verse is implying. I think it safe to say that most people think of this verse saying that Israel has been at peace for so long they have torn down all the walls and gates. Israel today just doesn't fit that scenario.
